I ordered from this company on eBay and the communication regarding the purchase, delivery etc. was very prompt. The delivery itself was via courier and the item handed directly to me. The item had no extra packaging other than the box it came in. Some may see this as unacceptable but for me it was fine as I am drowning in boxes from the likes of amazon etc.

I would use this company again as I found the whole transaction to be smooth and prompt.

Great service,prompt delivery but. Of the two chairs ordered one was supplied with used bolts, 1 hex head chewed up and half the threads crossed, the other chair had a nick out of the upholstery.

My parcel was left on the doorstep not in the cupboard as requested.

My tv wall bracket arrived quickly with no damage,

The item i ordered was delivered within 24 hours , it was in perfect condition with no missing parts and the courier who brought it to my door took the time to chat for a couple of minutes to break up my day as i am a disabled wheelchair user and dont see many people. Lol. I got exactly what i asked for very quickly and efficiently and a follow up email confirmed just how professional this company is and very customer satisfaction orientated. I will certainly be using them again and i have no reserves about recommending them to any of my assocs.

My son wanted a quad for Christmas. My parents wanted to get him one after reading the reviews and watching a video, I decided this was the quad for him. Now he hasn't had a go on it yet but we have assembled it with ease and seems to hold the charge well. Can't wait to see his face on Christmas Day. Picked because of the warranty think I'm gonna need it (we live on a farm with a stoney lane) very terrain will be tried. Will shop again with Charles Jacob

We bought this item via dalscone toys. The item arrived quickly. The item was really inexpensive so we wernt sure what to expect quality wise. We have now had a chance to build the item . The instructions were really easy to follow and the kart is super sturdy. Great purchase and top seller!

Bought a pink swivel chair to use in the bedroom, narrow enough to fit under the dressing table. Super speedy delivery, easy to assemble and very comfy. No hesitation in recommending either the item or this seller.

The instruction sheet was brief to say the least. Very little information as to what is what and no instruction as to the, what I assume to be spare drive dogs.
However, as a blender it is very good and seems robust and not phased by the little I have done with it.
The box was not sealed but all seemed OK on unpacking. Look forward to putting it through its paces.
