It's absolutely ridiculous that money over viewers is more important. Baseball games should available on local TV stations so families can watch the games with children. It's impossible to take kids t... See more

MLB.TV is a good product but their Tech Support is horrible.
MLB.TV is a good product if the Blackout rules don't interfere with watching you favorite team. I have it for 10 years and it has more problems now than in the past especially in the beginning of the season. My biggest problem is with their tech support, I don't believe it is US based anymore or I've been unlucky getting some people that are hard to understand with their heavy accents, I believe my calls are forwarded to India but I can't prove that to be true. Email tech support is too slow to respond and when they do they start getting a lot of information regarding what device you are using even if your problem has nothing to do with the device. Overall I would rate their tech support a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10 and that may be too high. Overall a good product as long as you don't need tech support.
Being constructive is difficult when…
Being constructive is difficult when you have poor sound and commercials interrupting the game. If this happens as much as last year I will certainly be canceling my subscription.
THE WORST
The worst streaming service on the planet. Enough frustration and stomach knots that you complain and they do nothing about that it will give you some lethal disease.
MLB subscription fees rise while quality decreases
MLB at bat raises their subscription every year while talking away valuable features.
I watch all my games about a week behind and yet they don’t allow me to fast forward the commercials like I have for years. The in game box score is not always present. If you leave off on a game and the next day you want to resume where you left off you have to start over and can’t fast forward commercials. Now with Apple TV ESPN and many other networks airing MLB there is many many blackouts. It’s a joke now
Awful
Awful. I can never watch a game. I get black out dates all the time. It is not worth the $. Will not renew
Deceptive marketing
Deceptive marketing. Once you buy the postseason package, you then have to have a cable provider to be able to watch the postseason games. What's the point of paying $30 for this product if you must pay for cable to watch games?! Completely useless!
What the bull crap (s*** was…
What the bull crap (s*** was blocked)!!
MLB TV should have all access to all games, regular and post season.
There is always a delay from sound to visual. MLB TV blames this on the user end. But if I stream on other services, no issue.
Bottom line, trash. Too glitchy.
Now you’re making me pay to LISTEN to…
Now you’re making me pay to LISTEN to postseason games? Thanks for making baseball inaccessible for me to listen to games on my phone! I’m not paying!! I will listen to free AM radio.
MLB TV post season blacked out
You pay for MLB TV and post season blacked out. Pure greed MLB, if I can find away to watch for free, I will.
What is wrong with MLB
What is wrong with MLB. You?
Pay for the whole season games And you can not watch the preseason games. This is wrong. It's poor customer service and is best.I will not be taking out.M l b no more. Poor customer service and poor management This waste the time and money.
0 for 15
They represented that i would get a lot of games if I bought the subscription
I have been trying to wath the Mets.
I tried 15+ times and have gotten 0 games.
If I was playing for the Mets and went 0 for 15 I would be on the bench.
Tired of MLB backout rules
Tired of MLB backout rules. I live in a state that has no MLB teams but 4 teams are blacked out. Now there blacking out games on cable stations I pay for.
The liars at mlb.tv
These people continue to provide extremely poor customer service. I purchased for the entire season back in March. This summer they announced that I could get MLB Network for the rest of the season at no additional cost. Outright lie! I still can’t watch it and now they keep asking me to pay for the rest of the MLB.tv season - that I already paid for?? Can’t contact these sleazebags.
You are supposed to get all games…
You are supposed to get all games except ones you are in the city where the game is played.
This season 85% of the games have not been available. And I was never in the host city. The only thing I get is the radio feed. Called support and he blamed it on the phone company.
Worthless product, horrible customer service.
Have subscribed for years
Have subscribed for years, but damn...it seems to get worse each season. This years version... Watching game during an at bat, suddenly a series of commercials begin. Game footage comes back, but broadcast has skipped an entire inning. Broadcasters talking mid at bat, suddenly a series of commercials begin. Game footage returns but now its 2 innings later and both teams have scored. You press back button because WTH? You find the innings you missed and begin again. 5 seconds later, commercials begin, except they freeze and the close captioning is displaying the broadcasters dialog. You wait it out cause you can only press the skip foreword or back do many times. Finally the screen is unfrozen and you see the game being played mid inning, but what inning? OMG, the broadcast has skipped to the 7th inning and you've seen less than 10 minutes of the game, but 20 minutes of commercials. Now you reboot app. Try to find the 2nd inning you were watching originally. Ok, finally, but no! Two pitches into leadoff batter, freaking commercials reappear. Now your getting P.O. Pressing reverse button over and over. You now know what the scores is, and go ahead and try to pick up the game to at least watch the inning runs were scored. Ah, the broadcasters are introducing the batter yiu missed seeing hit the big home run on the 5th inning. Pitcher winds up and... commercials come on. No sound for these, as you again watch close captioning display game broadcast. OMG! What the hell is going on. You begin to freak out like Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation movie! This is driving you insane! You question if you really want to watch game. Is subscribing to MLB.tv even worth it? No it's not, but you love baseball. Okay, calm down. Reboot the app, Hell, reboot the device. Start broadcast again. Ok, we are back to the announcers introducing the lineup. You hear the 1st two names, see the graphic of the lineup card, watch the first batter step into the box and... commercials begin again, and freeze. You can't believe it. You stare at the screen and notice that the lower bar is showing the score in the 8th inning and the close captioning of some inning is running over top of the stalled frozen commercial. You are unsure you are still living in reality. Why MLB.tv? Why is broadcasting a game so hard? Is this not the reason you exist and get paid to do by people like me? I mean, I'm sitting here with my device. I mean I'm just sitting here with my device. Trying to watch a ballgame I'm paying to watch. Who is running your streaming services? Some kid in India, riding a bike that generates power for his laptop? One of those slightly insane government types in Washington? If it was not for people who have an irrational love for baseball, you and your business would be fired. You just keep dropping the ball, further and further down the well, each season. I just want to watch a freaking game. I can live with your commercials, but show the freaking game, each inning. Don't go to commercial just as a batter swings at a pitch down the middle of the plate - over and over and over.. Oh, the game i was trying to watch just now, unfroze momentarily, and another commercial appeared, but then the whole broadcast went black and crashed! Every day, every game. You really, really suck!

Poor customer service and too many game blackouts. I expected something better with MLB on the logo.
Would not recommend. Called customer service and they could not fix it. Elevated the ticked and received a response about 2-3 weeks later via email saying to try the same thing I had already tried with the live customer service rep.
Will not renew or recommend.

I got the App sale for $22 but every game I want to see is blacked out. All I get is real time updates. I can do that myself....Waste of money.....definately not renewing for next year.....
The app is just useless
The app is just useless. "Free Game of the Day" usually ends up meaning "Sorry. Trouble Loading the Game. Try Again Later."
Why don't they get some I T guys to fix…
Why don't they get some I T guys to fix all the blurps? Fast forward. rewind, etc is a joke ehrn trying to watch a game that was played earlier. Prehistoric!
Will not renew next year
Will not renew next year. Way too many blackouts for the price you pay for the baseball season. Save yourself money by not subscribing,
