Delivery took longer than usual. Totally understandable for items that are meta. Elena understood my situation and got on it right away. Within mins I recieved "order ready for delivery". Man that felt good. Took away all my worries and made me one happy camper. Now I can put this bad boy to work! Just set expectations for yourself. If you're buying meta items. Be ready to wait just a little more than the usual. Aside from that everything else is delivered super lightning fast!

They are refusing to give me a refund after they have taken longer then they said and I was promised then refusal for refund as well because I want my money back because they gave me two weapons not equal to the one I had initially bout for 70.00 dollars yes that’s right, neither did I get the weapon or my money back LEVI is the gentleman’s name that is refusing to give me my money back and according to their refund policy I have the right to do so, I even offered everything back too!

Also the plans they gave me or attempted to give me was Power armor and I told them I had ordered prime receiver and automatics prime receiver for 5.56

I've purchased some diamonds for the game Neverwinter, expected arrival within 2 hours. I've waited the required time, then I've contacted them. I ve been told to wait up to 8-12 hours. Alright, I was not pleased but I waited. After 12 hours, i contacted them again, and they said ''as soon as possible''. At this point I was already done with this answer and I waited a few more hours. After I came back again, they said another 12 hours, which passed and still nothing. Now its been 30 hours since my purchase and still nothing, and they refused to refund me cuz ''they already paid the delivery guy''. I'm expecting my diamonds /refund otherwise I will go even further than leaving a bad review.
Also, their customer service does nothing but give you vague answers, nothing specific, and then they close the conversation.
I will edit this once I get my goods or my refund.
