Bought from them a week ago. Used live chat about 3 times to check status of my order. The first 2 times, they told me they were low in stock. I just had a chat with "Eva" and "she" was very rude. Asked if I wanted a refund because the price changed and before I could answer, she said refunded, then said bye then ended the chat.
