1st order: never received - 2nd order: received wrong item!!!
I'm a big Origen fan and I wanted to buy some merchandise.
I made a first order on april, after 1 month I asked for informations and they still didn't ship the items I ordered, so I asked for a refund and few weeks later I got refunded. What if I hadn't contact them? They just would have simply ignored my order?
But now the fun begins...
Last month I made a new order asking for items availability before, they told me that named t-shirts will have been available in a few days. So, i placed the order, waited few days and contactd them to have some informations. they told me that named t-shirts had some factory defects so I had to wait a bit longer for the shipment.
After 3 weeks from the order placement finally they managed to ship the items.
The package arrived yesterday but... with a nameless t-shirt instead of the one with player name!!! So why did I wait so long for the shipment?
I don't even bother to ask for a replacement that I'm sure would take way too long.
Just make you a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THE ORIGEN STORE!
EDIT: The Oigen Store sent me the right item completely for free and I didn't even have to return the other one. Finally, they did one thing right.
