i buyed a booster for Elite Zadie Cup (skin guaranteed) and the pro player was very very bad and didnt reached top 80 or top 160, after 3 matches and after he died always he left the game and unfriended me.
so we got top 10.000+ and no skin i got.
While he unfriended me on the website the support service writed to me stuff like ''please give the booster access to your account so we can done your order faster'' and i already told him before i buyed, that i DONT give my account infos! he said okay its fine you dont need we will give you a pro player and he get the skin for you in the duo cup.
well, i dont got the skin, i dont got anything.

if you wanna buy stuff from that website dont buy any fortnite service its horrible they saying they give you pro player but they dont its players they cant play they are bots.

I’m truly sorry that our service didn’t meet your expectations. The issue is that some particularly challenging boosts, when purchased with the Selfplay option, require at least some level of participation from the customer - otherwise, they’re simply not possible to complete. This isn’t something we made up; it’s a limitation of the game mechanics themselves.
We tried to ask for minimal involvement during the boost, and we also offered to switch to Account Sharing - in that case, we could have completed the boost very quickly. In addition, we suggested a few alternative replacement options.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach a satisfactory resolution, as the customer chose a refund.

We sincerely hope you’ll give us another chance in the future, and that everything will go smoothly next time.

Support team does everything in their…

Support team does everything in their power to make me pick something other than what I ordered because the supplier doesn't have it immediately in stock. Wasted 2 days of my time so far by putting my expensive order on hold (I paid for Super Express mind you) to repeatedly ask me if I would like to swap out my order for something else. No. No I do not want to. Stop asking me. Stop making it your life's mission to make me change my decision on literally the only thing I want and what your supplier is to lazy to get. Maybe bother your supplier and not your customer? This is my first time ordering from you all and my interactions with 2 different support staff is making me never want to order from you again.

Update as of 5/15/2025: Rather than doing my order they're still telling me the excuses of the suppliers and treating me like a toddler, especially the head support Velothi. The head support actually had the audacity to say he'll refund 50% of my order if I accept a worse quality version of what I ordered, said version of what I ordered is only 1/5th the price of the version i did order. So essentially I will get half my money back, an overpriced product I never asked for, and still be at a loss no matter how you look at it? These people can't finish a job or understand their job, and after begging me "What can we do to change your review" they immediately lost that chance after the Head Supports commentary. Never changing this review no matter what they offer me. This review is now extremely deserved.

Update Later Same Day:
They are refusing a full refund for a service not fulfilled. They quoted their own Refund Policy, but seemed to ignore the fact in their own policy it states that a full refund can occur if, "A significant delay or failure to deliver the service has occurred due to reasons within our control." Then in the same response landrage accused me of "Your communication style has repeatedly crossed into aggression, profanity, and harassment of our support staff. This is a clear violation of our Terms of Service and is unacceptable." Having checked the ToS no such thing exists making me believe the support team doesn't know their own ToS or just expects me not to read it...? Which is weird? Because I read everything prior to purchasing or signing.

Best Services Online 10/10

Mmonster went above and beyond with my order. Due to the game selected, the player base population on the game caused hiccups but the team never gave up and tried to fulfill their order as best as possible. They provided communication through the whole process and were able to complete the order exceeding expectations despite the magnitutde of the order. They have the friendliest and communicative team in the industry and you would be a fool to go with any other provider.
