I've used MUsed to be great – now increasingly unreliableMonster for WoW services…
I've used MMonster for WoW services over a longer period – mainly for Mythic+ boosts and gold purchases. In the beginning, I was really satisfied: fast delivery, good communication, and everything went as promised.
Lately, things have changed. Boosts have become more disorganized, agreements aren’t always kept, and gold deliveries often require follow-up requests, even though fast delivery is advertised. It feels unprofessional and disappointing, especially as a returning customer.
It used to be an easy recommendation – now only with caution.

The website for level service was confusing me and then it gives an error with the order. I receive the money back for the order but me was told 3 days it later it has cleared that that info was wrong and it take nomaly 5 to 10 days. landrage was the person how has give me the wrong informations. An handwritten apologize what i have ask for the error i don't have received in the last 5 days. I will choose now an other company. You have really good booster but if you give wrong informations an handwritten apologize can't be take so long, it takes 5 min. of the time. An apologize that can be copy and paste i don't want to akzept. And the 2 code with 10% i don't have ask for can be deactivated.

From the very beginning, we aimed to complete your order as quickly as possible. You asked us to do it as fast as we could, and the player chose the most efficient method - via PvP. Nowhere do we state that this service cannot be done through PvP, and you didn’t specify this either - it's not actually confusing website. So, we were simply doing our job - and we started it very quickly. Your order would have been completed even faster than the estimated time.
We tried to accommodate you and issued a full refund, even though part of the order had already been completed. We also gave you a discount promo code as a small gesture to lift your spirits.
After that, you asked how long the refund would take. Our support gave an estimated time of 2–3 days (there are various factors that can cause the timing to shift slightly), and the refund was processed in 5 days. You were very upset about this, and our support agent apologized for the delay and also provided you with our largest promo code - 20% off. Still, you felt it wasn’t enough.
In the end, we simply did our job - and we did it well, taking your preferences into account. We're genuinely sorry that you remain dissatisfied. We would love to have another chance to prove that we’re a great team that truly listens to our clients, if given the opportunity. ❤️
