Bought a pair of Adidas samba x comme de garcon. Really cool trainers,arrived with a few days , everything was easy to deal with plus the trainers were perfect 👌

I am very happy of the sneakers that I have purchased . I have received them quickly and they fit me perfectly!

If something seems too good to be true.. it probably is!

Unfortunately I decided to anyway order two pair of sneakers (New Balance - Loro Piana) in two different sizes.

They were authenticated by experts and deemed not authentic.

They don't want to take these return and also pretend that they don't need to take any returns at all as these shoes were on sale. According to UK and EU consumer law, you always have the right to return in 14 days.

I've been hoping to resolve in communications with MNCR (very unwilling to help thus far) and my credit card company but they simply:
- Don't accept returns (which is against the UK/EU law) pretending that doesn't apply to these shoes on sale at discounted prices.
- Don't respond on the claims.

Delivery is a nightmare!!! After 1 month still waiting for delivery. After contacting Customer service I was treated terribly and I was not taking seriously. I can't recall being treated so badly by customer service.

Although we had some issue with the delivery date the team was always responding quickly and did the necessary to keep me updated. Yesterday my shoes were arrived and I must admit that I'm very happy with my pair of collab Addidas.

Fantastic shopping experience: wonderful product selection, competitive prices and great discounts offered. I ordered the wrong size and the dealt with my query gracefully and they were willing to accommodate an exchange

First of all, I got fast delivery to Poland! Secondly, the shoes are perfect (I took the Adidas x Gucci collab on sale)!

Super experience the shoes came perfectly has shown. I recommend

Total fraud. I asked for a size change, as the specific number they sent me, while I had tried it on at an Adidas dealership and it was the right size for me, it was really small. This means that it was not authentic. In order to make the change, they asked me to write a good review in trustpilot. Also, when I told them to send back the wrong number, they replied that it's not necessary and I can keep that too. What serious company would donate authentic adidas shoes but on the other hand can't refund money because of a discount? I will resort to the European consumer center.

My experience was great, my order arrived perfect and exactly what I ask, the helpdesk services are great and answered very fast when I was trying to track my order! I definitely recommend!
