It's a good quality sofa but they sent me the arm rest which doesn't fit in I've sent them a email no one replied yet it's been 3 days

Please read the reviews and do not purchase from this company. The customer service is appalling and they have not delivered my product or given me my money back.

Was told it was delivery within 2 days and a £10 deposit to book delivery. 4 weeks on and heard nothing every time we text they say the delivery company will contact us directly. AVOID

I purchased a high gloss wardrobe from them recently. They are very good at processing and delivering the order but unfortunately their service ends there. The wardrobe arrived with no proper receipt as promised, no proof of warranty in addition to missing parts and few chipped shelves. I reported it immediately and I was told someone will get back to me. They kept waffling then blocked me. I would certainly recommend avoiding them. They offer a fake warranty and they don't care about customer satisfaction. It is a stressful experience.

AWFUL. Would have given 0 stars if I could. Absolute joke of a business, the people on the phone are rude and unhelpful, when they finally answer.
Wardrobe arrived damaged, they were not interested in helping or replacing. They ignore your calls and messages, in a shocking fashion, I’ve never experienced anything like it.
SCAMMERS they literally take your money and run.

You are scammers and I went through hell just to receive my wardrobe which I never got delivered on the delivery day. Customer service is very poor and the people at the other end of the phone are rude. I have never gone through so much hell with a company before just to get a wardrobe. My messages was constantly ignored but could see some one on line looking at my messages. Also realised that the reviews was fake. I will never order from this company again

If I could I would give -5*. Bought a wardrobe and bedside draws from these a week ago and runners were missing and damaged from the draws. The wardrobe backing was not cut right. Half the fittings were missing. I messaged the company on whatsapp and although he's read the message he refuses totally to acknowledge my messages. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ROGUE TRADERS NEED INFORMING

Paid for a soda to be told it was out of stock, so why was my money taken if the item was not available? Offered a different sofa which I didn’t like and informed MN furniture in writing that I don’t want the alternative and would like a refund. Wrote several times making this request and don’t even have the curtesy to reply!! I am having to go to my bank in order to dispute the transaction because this company toke my money and failed deliver or refund!!
Horrendous experience and will avoid and never deal with or recommend this company to anyone.

They ignored you once you've paid. I'm making a claim in small claims court towards Navid Ahmeh Bhatti and Rana Tahir Iqabakl who are the directors.

Recently bought 2 wardrobes from this company. As other reviewers have said, the wardrobes were decent. But the assembly and instructions not easy. ABOVE ALL MN FURNITURES HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER ON A LED LIGHT. WHEN THEIR SO CALLED 24 HOUR HELP LINE WAS CONTACTED, THE RESPONSE WAS UNHELPFUL, ABRUPT AND TO DATE THE MISSING LED LIGHT HAS NOT ARRIVED.

I received my Chesterfield-sofa’s in less than a week, couldn’t believe the quality of them considering they were 400 pounds cheaper than everywhere else, fantastic company very happy!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ABSOLUTELY USULESS. Promised assembly. Once delivered they are rude and ignorant. They lie and fob you off stay away!!!

Ordered the sycyila wardrobe delivery was quick and the delivery guys were very helpful assembly was easy enough but after only one week the panel that the doors sit on which is the carcass to the drawers is bowing up and down from the weight of the doors if I had known this was going to happen I would never of bought it. Would really like a refund for this product please mn furniture!!!

I was very worried after reading the reviews, but my wardrobe arrived three days after order & both delivery guys were helpful. Only down fall was the instructions. I did call back the company they were polite enough, but sent me a tutorial from another company. After a few hours we managed to get it up straying away from the instructions slightly.

The worst company I ever had to deal with!
Never had this bad experience before!
Unprofessional team and yeah, we needed to pay more for them to bring the wardrobe at the third floor! (£10 per floor)

Absolutely shocking furniture store, unreliable to say the least. Placed an order for my bedroom wardrobe since 11th July because the reviews seemed positive and genuine, yet still haven't received anything. Customer Service just appalling, responds only once a day, doesn't pick up the phone, keeps telling me the courier will deliver and doesn't, been waiting over two weeks. I have launched a dispute! Shame on you Mnfurniture, I do not recommend them, AVOID AVOID AVOID!
