Honestly so rude and unprofessional I complained about my wardrobe being to big for my moms bedroom and they hung the phone down on me was very rude and also I am entitled to my 30 days warranty and money back the service was awful the wardrobe is lonely don’t get me wrong but they are easy to take the money but when there is a problem there is no one to help the situation

Absolutely awful company!! Ordered two wardrobes only got one delivered. I had to call them over and over again to find out what was going on they never answer the phone! The customer Service team was so rude even put the phone down on me. The lack of communication is a joke you pay for a product you don't receive it and you have to chase them.
The delivery drivers kicked up such a fuss about having to carry into the house as it was so heavy and told me not to waste their time.
I will NEVER be using this company again.
They say they have good reviews but they are all fake!!!

Before you conclude to deal with these people,kindly go through all the reviews.some good reviews are majorly fake so deal with them and suffer consequences.These workers brought wardrobe and lied that another person is coming to fix the next day.since then,they never picked calls or replied our messages.

Do not use. Fine when no issues then silence when I had a problem. They delivered the wrong item to me. I told them straight away, then I heard nothing, I emailed, phoned and went on live chat every day just to be ignored. Eventually got through to someone with total attitude, how dare I ask for the item I’ve orders, then to be told I’ll have to wait another week for a delivery. Customer service is none existent, the wardrobe they correctly delivered is ok but had bits missing.

I received my wardrobe today- on time!
Wardrobe was easy for assembly, I scan QR code and it's going to assembly film.
Very good quality for great price. My wardrobe it is exactly what I was looking for. Thank You for your great service!

a bit wobbly but that is expected as its a canvas wardrobe,
poles are really thick, reasonably sturdy, holds a lot, I own a lot of clothes and I fit about 40 dresses and 20 shirts in the hanging space and it is holding very well, the rail is not attached but with enough clothes on it, it stays where it should.
the shelves are great too, nice a big and holds a lot.
I wouldn’t put anything heavy on the top as there is no support for the canvas unless it is long enough to sit on the poles only.
canvas is very thin, but as long as your careful when putting it on it is fine.

Should have read all the warning signs. Confirmed order, took payment, then all went quiet with no response. Have cancelled order and awaiting response…. Section52 probably on its way!

Worst experience ever. Worst website ever.Very rude staff, ordered wardrobes from them. Never got delivered lame excuses full of rubish.
Never answer phones on customer service. Poor poor poor.
Please go some where else to buy furniture, these people will waiste your time.

This company are totally frauds
I received wardrobe but no one come for fixing and I don’t want to touch because I don’t know what’s inside . Since now two days no one reply and no one responsible. No one pick call and no one answering ……
Most of good reviews are fake
I think no one take action against them but I will do ……… they think customer are stupid

I was meant to get a delivery today for a corner sofa costing 599!! when i rang up about my order they put the phone down on me will NOT answer phone calls or my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SELLERS!!!!

They are fake seller, selling furniture on facebook market, very active communication via chat, but better to buy something in person, rather buying online.

Do not buy from this company ordered wardrobes 1st September told being delivered 16th September after threatening to cancel via PayPal never delivered, contact number is voicemail, delivery company I think is same company and has no contact number. Will not reply to any voicemails no emails and no chats on there page unless you add items to your basket and checkout then they suddenly message 😡😡😡 filed claim via paypal

Delivery went smooth sailing as did the gentleman who assembled it. I am very happy with the service and the quality. Highly recommended and will definitely be using MN Furniture again.

Delivery was fast and although 7pm had passed I still got a phone call at 8.30pm to say they were so sorry they were late but could they still deliver. They were lovely delivery men and had a long journey home. I was so pleased to have it that evening. Although there is a lot of info on each diagram and it’s easy to miss bits it went together well. It was a bit heavy to lift upright once we had constructed it on its front but it’s lovely quality and so sturdy. We are very pleased with it and my daughter loves it.

Did not arrive. Ordered it on facebook gave all my details. Possible scammers buyer beware do not put any deposit down - they asked the following day even though it was Cash on Delivery when ordering the day before and no deposit was asked then.

They are SCAMMERS,dont buy anything from this company,no customer service they dont take your calls or reply email,messages..AVOID. want to rate them in minus if possible..
