I love the games however I find it very difficult to download on my Surface Pro. This is very annoying. I made the mistake of deleting the app to reinstall an update now I cannot get it back.

I have been playing this game for years…
I have been playing this game for years and spending my actual money at times. Every since this fairy tale update started i have not been able to play my game so about a week. Needless to say i am not happy and at this point I'm pretty . This needs to be resolved. I've given feedback everyday& still nothing is being done about this. Signed by a loyal customer
