Had problem with new sim card. No connection .After contacting help line,they suggested the sim card was faulty. Its been 2 weeks not received new sim card. Very disappointed 😞

Absolutely awful. Have been waiting for a week for something as simple as getting my old number transferred over and its still not been sorted. Ive been left without the ability to make calls or use my data as a result. Every time I call up (having to use my wife's phone) I wait 30 mins and then get an apology and promise it'll be sorted to then not have it actioned still.

Too complicated to activate the SIM card. I'd expect to just plug in and use, but ended up requiring to call their customer service to have it activated.

Everything was fine for about 12 months until Asda Mobile abruptly cut our "unlimited" data without warning or explanation. We used this as our primary home connection due to poor local infrastructure, and the fallout has been a disaster.
Our business, home heating, and EV charging were all paralysed. Most alarmingly, we rely on this connection to remotely monitor my daughter’s Type 1 diabetes. Thankfully, she was away at university when the cut-off happened, but the lack of accountability is terrifying. Several weeks later, we still haven’t heard back. If you need reliability, avoid Asda and look at other Vodafone MVNOs like Lebara.

Transferred from Vodafone and transfer to new number did not work. Ordered eSIM and it kept asking for PUK code. after 10 attempts sim locked so I ordered a new eSIM on 1 May. When I chased it up was told still within 5 working days. Repeated that it was an eSIM I ordered to no avail. Physical sim arrived to 9 May!!!! Now have to wait another 24 hours to get it transferred to my old number.
