Browser has issues and before ordering sim, it says same day will be delivered. But after payment it says 2 working days to deliver. It is cheating.

I blocked my sim card by mistake. Icould not unlock it so I contacted the Lebara service and Vanessa chated with me. I explained the situation and she solved the problem in a few minutes. She truly deserves a 10/10.

This is disaster of a company when it comes to support. I signed up for a 2-year contract a few months ago but due to a bug in Lebara's system, I never managed to login.
I was in contact with their chat several times where they promised to get back to me, and they never did. Two weeks ago I was on a phone call with their support for a long time who saw the problem and promised to get back to me within 5 working days. Of course, I never heard back from them.
