Ordered a tablet last Friday, warehouse sent them the wrong one so they offered me the wrong one at a discount which is fair enough. I said I'd rather wait for the one I ordered, was told it will be with them the next day and then delivered to me the day after, failing that would I prefer a Saturday or Monday delivery. I said Saturday delivery if it came to it. Checked in with them yesterday morning to confirm what was going on and if I needed to be around Saturday for the delivery. no contact since. Still waiting a more week from the first order with minimal tracking/ delivery or order updates.

The experience was great. No issues with delivery. Timeline promised for payment was fulfilled and i got the exact amount.

Very quick process received money with 24 Hours and paid what they said they would. Easy to send phone back and a very safe and secure process

I recently purchased a refurbished DELL Latitude laptop and can honestly say I’m really impressed with the quality of this product. Ordered at 3pm and I had it in my hands at 11am the next day. Great friendly service from the team at Recomm and super value for money too. If you’re looking for a new laptop pay these guys a visit first and save yourself a lot of money.

UPDATE: I recieved the correct xbox series s I ordered 2 days later in what u have to say exceptional condition! the support team were really helpful tbf to them and easy to deal with. mistakes do happen and overall I am happy with my experience and would use them again in the future.

I will update with new review if my problem is solved. bought an xbox series s all digital console from these waited almost a week for it to be delivered and it's the wrong console I received an xbox one. I have contacted someone at the company who has been helpful and assured me I will receive a new correct xbox series s sent out to me by Friday at the latest. let's hope they abide by their word and send the correct console out. I will be updating this review if they do.

Customer Service are helpful but cannot do much with the poor quality phone I received. Initially my phone was lost, but received a new which after one fault has stopped working, with Mobile Advantage not allowing to fix under warranty as the mobile repair shop I have taken it to has 'claimed' they have fake parts and I have no idea who to trust. I will be taking this to apple to have the parts examined as my friends (Shop Owner) would not lie to me.

Ordered two iPads and only one arrived. This was a courier issue.

Mason at Recomm understood the situation, shipping another iPad straight away. Both iPads are true to condition stated, I’d even say they are better! Overall very happy and great example of excellent customer service.

Even though it's a refurbished phone the condition is like brand new.The delivery was much earlier than expected.Its my second day using it but for now I cannot fault it.Great buy

There were also unexpected surprise goodies of a screen protector & case
The only issue is that a USB-C cable was supposed to be included but wasn't

Made it very easy to to see the speck of the device and very easy to filter. Delivery times slower than suggested when you order and the delivery service used is not great

This shocks me that I received a feedback link before even getting my item. It’s been over a week now and still waiting on the product to be delivered. The customer service team have been friendly but not particularly helpful. Response times aren’t great and currently stuck without my order and money. I definitely wouldn’t return

Ipad arrived, condition was good as expected. Easy site to use. was dispatched a little later than expected though and took a little over a week to arrive.

I think this is a great concept, and I really appreciate being able to get good deals on tech. I ordered a refurbished Nintendo Switch controller for £39.99, which I'm very happy with, but the controller didn't seem to have been cleaned at all during the refurbishment process (some dust and crumbs visible between the cracks). My understanding of "refurbishment" is that it involves cleaning, as well as mending. The delivery also took a little longer than expected, but otherwise, I'm happy.

Really easy to order, recycle and return products. Quick response and kept me up todate at all times.
