Very bad

Very bad. Belong same company with ComeOn betting site. You gona waste a lot time listening their bull* chat comments. Always need to go there and ask your freebets they promised you and they make it some long and difficult. Just go and find another betting site, your life is much easier like that. Don't care whatever they promise you couse theres always some tricks you need to do before betting bonuses they say they give you.And don't believe them being so good and honest when they come here and comment these negative comments about their company. If they would really care their players these comments would not be here. It's like they come here to talk us while they ignore us when talking their page chat. Very low moral company!

Scam

i made deposite, money left my bank account but never arrived on my mobilebet account. I tried to communicate with support. They said me to send them screenshot of payment with my bank details and my name. I send them screenshot of payment in my bank app. There is not my name and its impossible for me to take recquired screenshot. I quess i never see my money again.

Buggy site but at least not a scam

Buggy site but at least not a scam.

Finally gave up on this site. It was down for at least 4 days so I decided to withdraw my funds. I didn't expect to get my money back but I did within a couple hours. Impossible to play at the sport section of the site but they seem legit after all.

Not happy so far

Not happy so far. Very buggy site. Right now it wont load at all. Tried 3 different browsers and 2 different devices. Also had the same problem earlier on a different wifi. It is impossible to place bets. The support claims that they have a high number of queries right now. No wonder if the site isnt working at all. I will be back later. Hopefully it works again. I havent tried withdrawing my funds yet. I hope it goes without any further pain. I cant play on a site as buggy as this.

Edit: Mobilebet is actually down right now. It may only be temporarily but it is not the first time this happens and quite annoying. Hopefully it gets better when they are up and running again.

I have bad experience with mobile…

I have bad experience with mobile bet!!!

So, I won and now I want to withdraw my money. The problem is that in the withdraw menu there is only one option: via credit card!!! I wrote them more than 10 mails for the past 2 weeks to add also skill and bank transfer via Trustly(as is shown to their site) but mobile bet did not do it and even did not answer to any of the mails I sent them!!!

Now I have contacted gambling commission and IBAS on the matter!

I have been locked out of my account…

I have been locked out of my account for over a week because of some "currency update". I did not receive a notice about this update, one day I was just locked out of my account.

I had active bets that i could not act upon.

Customer service has been very unhelpful and did not reply to my questions regarding why there was no notice before the update or when they think this will be resolved.

This is truly the worst experience I have had with any betting site.

Here is an update, I STILL haven't received my money! its been over 4 weeks and they make excuses after excuses.. first, they made up that Neteller couldn't receive money and they pretended they were talking with neteller that was just a lie. my neteller is open and has been in use all his time.. then they said, use bank transfer.. so i did, but i have not received money yet over 9 days ago, the page says up to 1-6.. and again they say its a tecnical problem... they just make excuses and want the money for themselves.
dont ever play on this site!!!!

Dont expect to be able to withdraw any of your winnings from this company. Customer service is awful to deal with. They also ask for far too much card information. Pictures of the front and back or your card showing the first 6 and last 4 numbers. I have had to supply online casino/bookmakers information before but never that much card information. My documents have always been accepted with others but not with this company. Stay clear.
