Do not use this company!!!!

Do not use this company. Offered me £573 for my phone which was in perfect condition, then magically said some marks appeared and dropped it to £390. I refused and asked for my device back and they eventually paid me £500, rather conveniently after i asked 3 times for my device back!! I would stay away and use competitors if you are looking to sell anything. Not happy at all.

We would like to clarify that, upon receiving your device, our inspection identified slight wear to the sides and back, as well as a high battery cycle count, which had contributed to a reduction in the battery's overall condition. As a result, the device did not meet the condition category originally selected (Excellent).

Please note that, to qualify as Excellent condition, a device must be free from visible signs of wear or scratches. The wear observed during our inspection meant that the device did not meet this category, as detailed in the inspection report provided.

Our valuations are always based on the actual condition of the device at the time of inspection, and we have photographic evidence available to support our assessment should you wish to review it.

As part of our efforts to reach a fair outcome, we initially offered £410 based on the inspection findings as you device falls under very good condition category. Following a further internal review, we increased this offer to £500 as a fair and generous resolution.

We always aim to be transparent and fair in our assessments, and we value customer feedback. We also believe it is important that valuations accurately reflect the condition of the devices received, helping to ensure a fair process for all parties.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery. Always happy with my phones. Very helpful when I had trouble getting my order number in order to return my last phone due to email issues.
However, please allow at least a week for any refund process to start, as it can take a while for any returned phone to be inspected.

Tried to use them again and got another…

Tried to use them again and got another faulty phone these guys are disgusting they don't reach out or offer anything I have to send the phone back and wait 10days now to get any money back they obviously don't check there phones horrible company.
ALSO MADE ME RETURN IT AND PAY THE 11 QUID RETURN DELIEVERY AND WONT GIVE ME THAT BACK EITHER

However, rather than delaying the process with further troubleshooting, we honoured your request and proceeded with the return and refund as quickly as possible.

Effective communication & service

Timely emails, proper inspection report & good customer service. Once I accepted the report & offer, recieved the payment within a few minutes.

Regarding shipping, its a bit inconvenient to print my own label as there was no QR code option for postage. If they could facilitate a QR code based drop off for shipping, that would be easier.

Don't bother selling to them-Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. My wife traded her iphone 15 pro max with a broken front screen AND broken rear glass using 'brokenfones' and got paid £280. I sent my 15 pro max which was in very good condition and they quoted £464 online. Once they received they emailed and offered me £157 😂and tried to barter to a max offer of £220. Absolute joke, don't waste your time

During our inspection, we found scratches on the device, and the battery health was below 90%. In addition, the battery cycle count was significantly higher than expected, indicating regular use and contributing to battery degradation. These findings meant that the device did not meet the criteria for the selected condition category, as outlined in the inspection report provided.

Our valuations are always based on the actual condition of the device at the time of inspection, and we have photographic evidence available to support our assessment should you wish to review it.

As part of our efforts to reach a fair resolution, we initially offered £200 based on the assessed condition of the device. Following a further internal review, we increased this offer to £225 as a gesture of goodwill, despite the device falling within our Fair condition category.

We always aim to be transparent and fair in our assessments, and we value customer feedback as it helps us improve our service. We also believe it is important that all valuations accurately reflect the condition of the devices we receive.

Very professional service

Very professional service. Sent a new unwanted phone upgrade to them. Was quoted a price through a comparison website. Once the phone was delivered they sent regular emails to keep me updated. Due to the phone being on contract, a slightly lower offer was given but that was understandable. Overall very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

Great service

Great service, really happy with the response provided in relation to my Apple watch. I purchased an Apple Watch Ultra 2 12 months ago. For reasons unknown, it stopped working. I let Mobile Direct know about the problem. In response they sent me a new replacement watch, and posted it within 24 hours. Really impressed with the service offered.
