Have ordered a phone case last February 15 and paid extra for it to be delivered 6 days after but till now, no parcel received. Contacted costumer service but was totally useless, even had the guts to tell me to contact them after 25 working days if my parcel haven't arrived yet. No update from the delivery company. Will never buy again.

I wouldn’t even rate them one star. Its a fraud website. Please don’t order from this website. They take your money and they don’t get your product delivered. No refund process. Its scam.

Made an order, they claim they have sent it. Almost been 4 weeks now and have had no work on order. Asked for a refund then asked me to return the item for the refund (which I obviously never received). WORSE STORE I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, unethical and immoral. Do not recommend.

Worst company I have ever had contact with.
Copy paste template answers, not sure a human is even responding, they don't answer questions or queries just send the same thing over an over, it's been 4 weeks and according to their delivery service hasn't been touched since been packed in the UK, oh they sent me a nz track and trace number though, one they assigned to a package not in the country and yet continue to tell me it's here.

I placed an order on the 29th of January for 5 items, 1 of which I knew would be in stock in 2 days their site said. That week, Tuesday evening (at about midnight!) I got an email from their customer support saying one item is out of stock and would be another week before it would be back in stock, so I replied changing the Item for something similar. At this point I realized every communication from them was about 12 hrs apart. So I got an email from them at 11:44pm 2nd Feb asking for more money for the item change, by the time I payed the extra amount for a different item, at 12:45am 3rd Feb, there was no more from them till 4th Feb 6am, (more than 24 hrs later) saying my order had been dispatched. They could have just sent the other items straight away while the out of stock item was being sorted out! I have since emailed them (10th Feb) asking where my order is, I have no tracking number. All they said was when it was dispatched and it could take up to 25 business days to arrive and thats with stock in the country. As I write this its 13th Feb and still no order, don't know when it will arrive. Plus they have NO phone number and email replies seem to be about 12 hrs apart. NOT good enough. Definitely do Not recommend dealing with this company!!
Update: Order finally arrived on 27th Feb, I payed for tracked mail service but never got tracking number.
My phone slops around in the case I bought & the belt clip has broken quite easily.

Thought it was an NZ site, but send from UK. bought 2 weeks ago. They sent a tracking number from Royalmail on the following day. but the tracking says still awaiting from supplier!
Customer services email got returned!

Honestly, save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Despite having a NZ website the company is actually located in the UK and shipping takes an absurd amount of time. Been over 5 weeks since my purchase and I still have yet to see any of my items. There is no tracking on the order so you are left completely out of the loop and customer service is useless if you reach out to them.

Not a bad product especially for the price. I ordered a phone case, it took about 3 weeks to arrive but it was pretty cheap and what was advertised on the site so I can't complain. If you don't mind waiting awhile for shipping since it comes from Birmingham, UK this is quite a good site in my opinion to order from.

Product was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly.
The website is easy to use and has good pictures and information on the products.
Shipping times are what you would expect from an overseas company.

Product was a bit later than expected but showed up, none the less and worked as expected.

Took a while to get here, as it was coming from the UK not NZ like the web address suggests. But everything that came was perfect and fits my phone and it works as it should.

2 Phone cases for z-flip ordered with ease. Good delivery time from overseas. Excellent quality items. I had previously bought an approved samsung case via funmobile. Same service but rubbish case. Not their fault.

Bought a phone case from these guys, assumed they were in nz given the web address, however they are based out of UK and have super slow postage

Phone case didn't fit the phone properly and damaged the screen due to it moving.

No help from mobile fun, after several emails to them and one reply they suggested I go direct to the manufacturer of the case. Sorry guys, doesn't work like that - it's the retailers responsibility.

Cost me over $100 to have my screen repaired!

They are based in the UK despite having a co.nz website. If I wanted something from abroad I would have used amazon, at least the delivery would be quicker.

guys beware buying from this site, its been more than a month since i purchased and still waiting.. those bloody customer support is useless and has no response at all

I bought samsung cases from them twice

The first order had no tracking and didn't arrive on the set date so I emailed them and they offered me a refund which I accepted. The item eventually arrived a month later and was exactly what I ordered.

Second order had DHL tracking and arrived in a week.

Personally I think they have good customer service and are reliable, with the only down side being the high shipping cost

Excellent service and product ESR Ascend Trifold iPad mini 6 Leather-Style Case - Rose Gold. I thought I was buying from a NZ site as it had co.nz but realised after I placed my order that it was shipping from UK. I ordered 30 Dec follow- up email on 6 Jan and got a response that it would arrive my 30 Jan, arrived a bit earlier than expected (even in these COVID times). Packed really well and love so would recommend buying from this company.
