I purchased a phone case, assuming it would ship quickly because the website is ". co.nz", however, the actual location of the phone cases are in Britain, meaning it took around a month to get here.
When you do purchase something, it is done through their own software, they are too miserly to use Windcave, or any other modern payment system that prevents duplicate payments. When trying to pay, the website suddenly became unresponsive, and required the use of a VPN to actually access the site. However, despite showing "Loading" and being unaccessible, each time the button was clicked, a payment order was created, i. E., I got 3 invoices for the same order, (I ordered in November 2021, today is 27/01/2022). I tried to refund the two duplicate payments, but they only refunded one, and asked me to pay AGAIN, through Paypal, in order to get my goods. This would have left me having paid ~$300 dollars (2/3 non-refunded + the paypal payment), for the original order which would have just cost ~$100. I never received a shipping notification, and never recieved that particular order.

Ordered on 5th December. It's the 13th of January now.
Why buy online if it's going to take this long. Don't think I'll even be getting it they didn't Rey to my email.

Ordered from a NZ site because I wanted NZ products. So my phone cover arrives from Birmingham UK, and not the right size - doubtful of the leather, as leather has a smell...this doesn't.

Haven't received my order and there is no contact information. The contact form on the site doesn't accept the order number. Feels like a scam. Do not use this website!

Terrible company. Sold me a case for $120 and sent me something else that looked like it was 50 cents from. China. Never answered any of my emails and won't refund me. DO NOT BUY!!!!

NOT A NZ COMPANY! If i could rate ZERO I would. Very deceiving to be using what looks to be a NZ website. There is a Dunedin physical shop called "Mobile Fun" when asked who manages this so called NZ website they said its a UK online site. I ordered over 4 weeks ago and no tracking details have been provided. No contact number. Only support email address that has only replied to me once. Don't order! Unless you want to get ripped off.

No emails or receipts regarding the purchase. Nearly 3 weeks in and haven't received my product.

Have purchased several products from this UK site that have been quickly shipped to New Zealand. The items were good value for money, especially the smartphone holder that fits in the CD slot. Very effective. Will definitely purchase from this site again

Not sure if u trust this site, for 1 it was too late to realise they are not in NZ, 2nd track n trace is crap, says it is transit a week ago.

I canceled my item minutes approx 20mins after my purchase. Then next minute i got an email "item dispatch" wow! Clever way to say "no way out on this" No reply at all from costumer service about cancelation that was sent 3x . Reading all these good comments seems all made up. First off not NZ based according to their domain. Stay away. Read reviews before buying on this site.

Excellent product, loved the color, feature and body of the cover and it was exactly as mentioned on the website. Arrived within the timeframe, absolutely loving it. Highly recommended!

Good quality product and efficient customer care service. Highly recommended. Just give extra time for delivery as it takes longer than expected, I suppose due to Covid situation.

I thought I was buying from a NZ site as well but then realised it was shipping from UK. I went ahead and bought product anyway as couldn’t find it in NZ. I received an email 2 days later saying my product was on its way so I expected about 4weeks but it arrived a bit earlier than expected. Packed really and love it so it’s a yes from me for great service. I will buy from this company again

I'm very happy with the transaction. It took 3 weeks to get to me but considering I live on the other side of the world (New Zealand) and the uncertain times we live in, I think that's great service.
I'm also very happy with my purchase and I'm just about to make another.

I got what i ordered in perfect condition and new. Yes it did take 2 weeks but i got it and really happy with my product. Yes i will definitely order through them again. Thanks so much for the item.

Good product that was exactly as advertised. Took 2-3 weeks to get the item from UK but they stated that at the outset. Well packaged.

This site uses co.nz domain and you think your item will arrive in 2 or 3 days but yeah.. like other reviews on below they are located in UK takes forever to receive the item
I would never shop from this place again ridiculous.

I thought after reading the reviews on here I was going to get ripped off but phone case has arrived exactly what I ordered just took a couple of weeks longer to get here but with covid what do you expect
