MobileMonkey gives you a ton of power for a free app. The live chat box for websites is fully customizable and connects to an inbox where we can reply on desktop and mobile, plus a simple chatbot for our Facebook too. We are on the advanced plan now because we added bots to Facebook Ads and will never go back - the automatic lead qualification and direct integrations have greatly improved roi.
