Transferring is effortless
Transferring first from my Android phone to an iPhone then back to an Android phone (once I realised I still prefer Android devices) were both easy and relatively straightforward. The fact that I didn't lose any of my data or messages makes Mobiletrans brilliant, even with the subscription price being for an entire year it was still worth it.

I will not recommend this company or their software.
If you need to transfer data, all you need is SmartSwitch and the necessary cable.
And all your data will be transferred, easily!
I downloaded their product and it did not work on either my laptop or computer.
Their software froze my keyboard, rendering it useless, and the data transfer from my laptop did not transfer. I had it "transfer" overnight, and nothing happened, no transfer, no data, still stuck on the same loading bar as when I started.
After third attempt, still nothing.
I requested a refund, and they refused it.
But I contacted PayPal, and of course the refund was processed!
I received replies from their AI bot, and one email from an individual to which you cannot reply to!
This review is written from my personal gmail account and not my email account linked to the purchased software.
The final answer I received from Wondershare was a refusal for a refund and that was their final decision.

Process of transferring Whatsapp from iPhone to Android was really easy. It did the backup and then gave instructions to follow. The one small thing was the screenshots of what your were supposed to see on Whatsapp on the phone were a bit blurred and there was no maximise button so it was a bit more difficult to follow but it completed it.

A nightmare
A nightmare. The app does not do what it is supposed to. Was not able to transfer Whatsapp from Android to iPhone. Kept sending me too do a backup on google drive. Support was inexistant. They were always not available. Avoid.

end-to-end problem solve
I was usening the program as it told me step by step, but every time I tried to transfare it was stop at 8000 files and it was told me to turn off the end-to-end and i turned it off already, whatever I did it was the same problem (PLEASE TURN OFF END-TO-END), I was really disappointed until I tried to sign in on the new phone with unused number and then tried to transfare again and it finished every thing very smoothly, in about 1h.30m it transfared 43GB from ios to android.

Seems pretty useless for whatsapp restore. Just guides you through the regular backup process.
Update: don't be fooled by their nice "professional" response to my review. They were still unwilling to help me over the phone, and still prefer to go back and forth via email 7 to 14 days wait time response for each email.
If you ask me, this is one big scam,
or false advertising at least.

Software failed, and support used "log files" to cheat me out of a refund.
I purchased MobileTrans to transfer 14GB of WhatsApp data, contacts, and messages from Samsung to iPhone. This was a massive mistake.
The Software Lies: The program reported a "Successful Transfer," but the reality was the opposite. My WhatsApp messages were not searchable, and half of my contacts and photos were missing.
Support is a Dead End: I spent days going back and forth with their support (Lucky and Tina). They keep asking for "log files" and "screen recordings."
The Refund Trap: Because I couldn't wait weeks for them to "investigate", I went to a professional third-party vendor to fix their mess. Now, Wondershare is refusing a refund because I can’t provide "screenshots" of the data that their software failed to transfer in the past. They claim their "logs" show it worked, completely ignoring the user experience.
If the software fails, they will hide behind technicalities to keep your money. Do not trust their "money-back guarantee." It doesn't exist. I had to pay twice—once for this broken software and once for a professional to actually do the job. Avoid at all costs.
