Purchased a Hi/Low adjustable bed for…

Purchased a Hi/Low adjustable bed for my wife who is in desperate need of it. The delivery on the order form stated it would be 5-7 weeks. When asked to pay balance (5 weeks) was told it was ready! It is now 8 weeks plus and I am constanly told when I ring that there is a delay. I understand that they have been taken over by Loki Enterprises whom I assume do not care about customer service, I found this out myself.
If I could I would request a refund as it cost £5100.
Have used The Mobility Furniture Company before but would not use again!!

wont use you again

After using the bed i purchased i'm not very satisfied at all, there is problems with the actions of the motors and the mattress is not a standard size witch makes it difficult to buy a mattress topper.
at first i thought it was ok but after using the bed for a few months and finding it to narrow for me your salesman should have advised me that it would be to narrow. i certainly would not use you again.

Bed and bed guard

Needed a rail as I was falling out of bed. The bed I bought from you. So comfortable. The rail although expensive has given me confidence to sleep in bed again. Thanks.

Happy Days

Rise and recline chair is great. Fabric used matches my existing three seater sofa perfectly. Had a second ordinary chair so makes a splendid suite of furniture.

Is this some kind if sick joke

Is this some kind if sick joke? A chair was ordered on 12th September for deliver in 6 to 8 weeks. £2409 paid.
Then when no chair came, I emailed the company and asked for the deposit to be returned. What do I find? The company went into receivership on 29th September!!
The Recievers say there's little chance of getting any of Mr Roberts
money back. Mr Roberts is an 83 year old man with severe learning disabilities. The chair was ordered for him as he had started to be less mobile. We have now been told he only has 3 months left to live, he will have little need of the chair. So no chair and no money. Great company?

An extremely poor experience

An extremely poor experience. The order (2x 6ft singles) was acknowledged on 12th Sept.2024, following a home visit by your sales technician. After some delay the order was delivered at the end of October. The installers stated that the bed could not be taken upstairs due to it's size. It was returned and we were told that it would made in four sections. I made several calls in Nov. & Dec.to Customer Service and was told that there was nothing they could do as the order was with the manufacturers. I contacted the sales technician in mid Dec. who then put things in motion. Half the order(1 bed) arrived in early Jan. the remainder put on a different vehicle. The following week the other half arrived. We still have a problem with the fitting of the bases, which has yet to be resolved. Customer Service was not in evidence for most of this unfortunate experience.

This company are more interested in…

This company are more interested in selling chairs and making a lot of money. I sent them a list of all the things that were wrong. They did NOT reply but had already charged me over £1600 for the two things that they had previously done. If I put things right myself the warranty is cancelled. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. DATE 19-09-24
