Promised OS3 was coming soon, just a few months.... that was over 2 years ago.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY LIE AND SCAM CUSTOMERS! Their TicWatch is glitchy and has HORRIBLE customer support! I was promised when I bought the TicWatch Pro Ultra GPS that the Wear OS3.0 update was only a couple of months away, that was at the beginning of 2021 which was over 2 years ago, and all I have received from their support staff is over 2 years of lies on when and if the Wear OS 3.0 update is being released! That update was one of the main reasons I bought this watch it has been a disaster!

Do not buy anything from this company. They sell watches that have no support at all. They don't communicate with customers. They are cheaters and liars.

Don't buy anything from this company. The uodatepolicy is not existing and the are fooling the customers.

I bought a watch from them with 2 years warranty.
Battery is rubbish and they changed the warranty to one year now.
Do not deal with this corrupted Chinese company.
Do not buy any watch.

They do not provide updates like they promised

They do not care about what the customer wants. The promised WearOS update has never arrived and even on twitter they just act like everything is normal

Would rate zero if I could, watch started off great but not a single update since purchased over a year ago, Android Security update of Oct 21' nearly two years out of date on a flagship product.. Don't ever buy.

Hardware is not bad but software and support is non existent. Get another brand if planning on smartwatch.

My customer experience with this company has been extremely unsatisfactory. Despite promising to deliver updates to their products, the company has failed to do so, with the most recent update being from 2021 despite it being 2023 now. This lack of updates is frustrating, particularly when customers are relying on these updates to fix issues and improve their overall experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this company and its products due to my negative experience with them. It's important for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency, and unfortunately, this company appears to fall short on both fronts.

I will never buy anything from this company again. Constant problems with my smartwatch (google assistant, google fit sync, heart rate not monitoring) and now they won't deliver the promised update. I just keept the watch because I trusted this company and believed that wear os 3 will fix the issues.

Shocking, deceitful company. They'll sell you the watch. Promise you the updates but they never come. Buyers beware. Use this companies products at your own risk!!!!

You are really make the customer leave your brand

I bought a Ticwatch Pro and replaced it with an Ultra a year later. Great watches but ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE support by a company that simply does not care once they have your money. Buy a Fossil or Samsung, at least those companies are supporting their product lines.

Lies lies lies. Promised Wear OS3 as a major selling point to buying ticwatch pro 3 ultra, over a year after promise and silence. Not a single word about it. They are no different than all those chinese companies that sell crap products on Amazon, lie about the specs, then Ghost you when you need support. They regularily tweet about their watch in English and 95% of the comments are negative about wear os3 broken promises. They are such a disorganized company that I don't even think they realize all of the negative responses to their tweets because they probably Outsource some English person to do the tweets for them who never follows up on them. If they were smart they would at least block the ability to respond to their tweets to avoid all of the negative responses. Just goes to show you how lazy they are that they don't even put the effort to try and save their own skin. Very curious to see what will happen when tic watch 4 is announced because it has been rumored for over a year they teased it last summer but silence ever since.

Trash brand, no concern for customers. Only 4 $$$.

They promise and promise and promise (goes on and on) that WearOS3 is on the way. They capitalized on their announcement that their watches will get WearOS3 which gave many people the push thru needed to buy their watches. Over a year late and still no WearOS3 in sight.

Purchased a Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS( rather than the Samsung 4) on the promise of Wear OS 3. This was promised in 2022 and it's noew just Q2 2023 and no word. My watches security patch is over a year old. Not good enough for a supposedly professional company.

last security update was Oct 21 on wearOS 2, they promised WearOS 3 and never delivered it. they are unable to support their flagship product with basic secuirty updates and not able to commuincate a timeline of any update (security or feature)
My ticwatch 3 pro is not great, it failed after 1 year of use (I believe it was expanded battery) and I had it replaced.
