It has good products, but they don't support and updates

Such a shame that brand like Mobvoi cannot update theirs products. No security updates, no wear os3.

Thier support sucks, their products are alright, but they don't have software support for them. Buying a mobvoi Ticwatch is like buying a Calculator. Once you buy their product that's it. I bought mine as it was ranked one of the best smart watches around. And had been promised wear os 3.. its over a year now still nothing.

The product is good, but the Mobvoi don't get update of Wear OS. I'm so bad with it.

It's a real shame you can't rate lower than 1.

Mobvoi do not support their products, even after they have promised to do so. Their flagship Wear OS watches are still stuck on version 2, even though version 3 was promised last year.

No doubt the promise did wonders to offload a heap of effective paperweights and they never had any intention of providing the update.

e-waste is a very real problem, ironically this company is utter trash.

Wear OS 3 with TW Pro 3 Ultra is a lie.....

I bought headphones from Mobvoi for the TWP3 watch. They said they are the best with this watch. They had major connectivity issues. I wanted to return them but they refused. They say the watches are incompatible. They didn't even read that I got the watch from them :-D

It's unfortunate that Mobvoi has insulted all of us customers with false promises concerning an upcoming Wear Os 3 update. No update will mean no repeat business, good reputation or brand loyalty. I'll definitely never buy again if no update comes out. I'll definitely never buy any upcoming Mobvoi models if current Ticwatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS owners are left without the update. I'll only spread bad reviews any and everywhere to warm potential customers. Don't buy Mobvoi,

Never delivers on promises.

Still good HW but:
- missing promissed Wear OS 3.X
- missing security update - last October 2021

A thousand false press releases from a company that to date has not updated its flagship watch to Wear Os 3(Ticwatch 3 pro ultra). If Try security and compatibility Leave the products of this company alone.

This company is a bait-and-switch. They sell you a watch on the promise of Wear OS 3 and almost a year later, it's still not there.

Somebody needs to start a class action lawsuit against this company for completely false advertising.

Total lack of support. Actual security updates from 2021. Ticwatch PRO 3. Don't buy.

Great watch despite been several years old (GTS pro) works perfectly, great battery life, faire price . I don't get all these wos 3 whining for old models watches.

Mobvoi sells Ticwatch, a big heavy Chinese smartwatch.
In 2021, after exchanging several emails with the company regarding waterproof rating and pending update of the OS to Wear OS3, the current smart device operating system, I purchased their flagship watch. That is the Ticwatch 3 pro ultra with GPS which cost over $250 in November of 2021. The list of features is impressive, including Google Assistant, Health tracking features with GPS tracking, the ability the receive texts, email, and notifications, the ability to make and receive phone calls from the watch, and a 3-day battery life.
The ability of the watch to achieve these claims at this time is very poor.
I was promised a wear OS update to version 3 by the end of the year (2022), but that date has long passed, and Mobvoi does not respond to email, Facebook posts, or other contact methods if that contact involves Wear OS3. The reason this new watch OS is critical is that the old version, Wear OS2, will no longer be supported as of early summer. Most of the features touted no longer work, because application developers no longer support the old OS, and because of unresolved bugs in the old OS. Since it will soon no longer be supported, those bugs will not be resolved.
A GPS bug causes the phone to discharge in a day, even if it is not used. The "workaround" is to disable the GPS and turn off Bluetooth and WiFi, causing a majority of any still functional features to stop working.
The last monthly security update for this watch was released in October of 2021. There have also been no system updates for many months.
Mobvoi acts dishonestly and is disrespectful to their customers. They continue to sell this watch as their top offering, knowing of all of these issues that render the smartwatch nearly useless for many or most of its advertised features.
I STRONGLY advise you to steer clear of Mobvoi and their products due to the lack of functionality and the utter absence of customer service.

No support no updates not worthy no any more updates for pro 3 ultra

Customer service is non existent!
Bought the product after the company publicly promised it would be rolling out wearOS3 updates for the particular model by the end of 2022.
Still no update and no word from mobvoi as to if or when this will happen
