Love my purchases. Especially the dusty pink colour! Want to purchase every colour… soo great I can’t wait to start using with my little one! She already is grabbing and wanting to use the baby cutlery.

Not all muslin cloths are made equally.

We were gifted a set of these, the quality, lightness and softness is so fabulous we had to buy more. Our baby has taken to them too, he cuddles them!

The design and colours are lovely, exactly what I'd been looking for! We bought 2 plate/cutlery sets as well as a bowl/spoon set. Unfortunately the suction isn't very strong and wouldn't stick to the highchair no matter what I tried, my 11 month old could very easily pull it off and the whole thing ended up on the floor more often than not, which didn't happen with our old bamboo plates - very disappointing as they aren't cheap.

Delivery was nice and quick. Love the style of the bowl and plate. The cutlery they came with are useless and the the suction, well there isn't any. Only giving a 2 star as they look good. Useless with a baby though. Disappointed

Arrived quickly, items look good. However, I was given the wrong utensils, I emailed to rectify but no one has got back to me. It doesn’t impact use and my son can still use the cutlery but it’s just annoying as it’s not what is listed on the website.

I would still order/recommend but communication needs work.

Prepare to fight if your order doesn’t turn up. I’d spent over £100 on baby cutlery looking forwards to my babies first weaning journey. Evri had delivered only a free yogurt pouch and nothing else of my order. When I enquired on where my order is to Moccymoo one of the Co CEOs (name retracted as Moccymoo didn’t like their personal names in this review) doubted my enquiry and questioned my image sent of the free yogurt pouch in its bubble wrap and parcel. She said her company does not use bubble wrap for their food items, which I find bizarre they would not, and so said she is now ‘uncertain’ of the image attached making it out that I was trying to ‘scam’ them of baby cutlery (of all things!) as a CEO why would you not know your company is sending items out in extra materials? However she sent me an image of my house door from Evri of a small Moccymoo parcel on top of an Amazon box (that was not mine, it was a neighbours) and told me that box was the correct weight to be my £100+ worth of Moccymoo items. What she sent me was an image of a big Amazon box with a very noticeable Amazon logo on with the small Moccymoo yogurt pouch parcel on top, very obviously not big enough to be my whole Moccymoo order. At this point the other Co CEO (name retracted as Moccymoo didn’t like their personal names in this review) was CC’d in on the email thread. I asked if they were sending items out with Amazon and she said no then asked me to open my neighbours Amazon box regardless of confirming they are not involved with Amazon, surprise surprise it wasn’t Moccymoo items and was someone else’s Amazon order of a dehumidifier. I had some explaining to do when my neighbour came around to pick up their Amazon box as it was then open. This was still not enough to convince her that my Moccymoo order was completely missing and I’m at a loss of £100+ worth of items at this point and only left with a free yogurt pouch, jokes on you because my son has a dairy allergy and can’t eat the yogurt anyway! I eventually fished out my doorbell video of the delivery from Evri clearly showing only a small parcel (free yogurt pouch) from Moccymoo being delivered to me with print screen evidence of times and dates to prove my whole order hadn’t arrived. Eventually 13 emails back and forth later was enough to convince her to re-send my order. I am thoroughly upset with how the Co CEO’s of Moccymoo dealt with my missing parcel as they made me feel like I was stealing off them when my Moccymoo order was genuinely missing and I was out of pocket of over £100. If I hadn’t had video evidence from my door bell Moccymoo wouldn’t have re-sent my items and they would have been stealing money off me. Myself, family and friends will not be using Moccymoo again. Prepare to fight to prove yourself if your items do not turn up at your house. It’s quite laughable the Co CEO’s think people would want to scam them of baby cutlery! I would steer clear of this company they are not loyal to their customers and don’t treat them with respect. The whole situation has put me off using the cutlery now.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my delivery let alone it be delivered to the wrong address in the mean time
So I get told I will get a new order sent out and tracked I’m now on day 4 waiting

Got my first mocha moo delivery yesterday and every item was just adorable. My 3 month old already loves some of the teething toys as I couldn’t get him to let go of them! 10/10 will buy again and recommend to all my mama friends!

Brilliant company! I ordered a plate and cutlery set and was missing a fork, I emailed and was replied to straight away and it was resolved the next day! Very happy with my order ☺️
