Ordered but out of stock
I placed an order for some baby Muslims for a member of our family and was really disappointed when I ordered them and then received an email to say they were out of stock. Moccymoo wanted to return my money and said they’d let me know when stocks were back in. I asked them if they would hold onto my money an just post out when they were back in stock. They were happy to do this.
I didn’t have to chase this at all and they were delivered beautifully wrapped too.
Great service from a caring trustworthy company. Thank you Moccymoo 💞🤱🏻
