I love my Avoca six-drawer - it looks sleek and the colour blend looks good and up to date. The top drawers are touch open and the lower ones - you have to pull out but that suits me because it keeps little fingers out. Great price and a good loooker - easy to put together.

Recommend to anyone wanting that extra set of drawers.

I ordered the tall boy drawers and reviews on the Mocka website were all good. The drawers were a nightmare to put together in part because the wood quality is cheap and it brown in four places when I put it together! The drawers don’t close properly and I feel like the whole thing is going to collapse of if I put clothes in it. Overall I would not recommend , I have lived Mocka in the past (years ago) but it’s seems the quality has severely reduced. Dot. Waste your money.

This is one unique design very admired by a lot of people that have seen it.

The service was great and the order was delivered in a short amount of time.
The Highchair Harness is good but doesn't have enough length variation, otherwise it works well as a harness.

Bad quality. Similar to cheap Chinese knock offs of IKEA. Our draws barely lasted a year with the bases warping and hard to fix. Not worth the price we paid for them.

Basically might as well save money buying warehouse furniture for the same quality of pay for high end for lasting quality.

I’ve been a repeat Mocka customer, but this order has been very disappointing. My desk was delivered to the wrong address — I even confirmed this with the recipient and gave Mocka all the details. The courier has since accepted in writing that it was their fault, yet Mocka still refuses to send me a replacement.

Instead, I received this response from Mocka:
“At this stage, we are still awaiting the outcome of the investigation and claim regarding the non-delivery… once the investigation has been finalised, we will be in touch to outline the options available for resolution.”

What does that even mean? Does it mean I may not get a desk at all? Weeks later, I am still left waiting with no certainty of an outcome. For a $200 order, the process has been unnecessarily slow and unhelpful. Once it was clear I never received my desk, and the courier confirmed it was their mistake, I expected Mocka to stand behind their customer and send a replacement. Instead, I’ve been left questioning whether I’ll ever see the product I paid for.

Looks like I'm not the only one.

The process from purchase to delivery was so efficient. Arrived in perfect condition.
But here is where Mocka excels above the rest: this is in the instruction booklet. Bold print and precise instructions. Other flat packs can learn from you.

I was very impressed with the emery buffet- it was particularly easy to put together and the doors line up to give it a polished look (this is something that bugs me about other cabinets). Colour is good having a creamer and softer look compared to a harsh white. Delivery was quick- I’m a very happy customer.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY I selected the signature option for delivery as I live on a busy street. The courier fraudulently signed for it themselves and did not send any notification that the packages had been delivered. They left the packages in full view of the street instead of attempting to put it anywhere safe. This has led to one of the packages being stolen. I have been attempting to solve this with mocka for over a week and have not recieved a reply. Why even offer a signature option if you’re just going to dump the package and leave? Why even have a customer service email if you’re just going to ignore your customers? I am disgusted with their service and I want to resolve this. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a Blair Buffet during their EOFY sale. It wasn't on sale at this time. The very next day, after the sale had ended, it went on sale for 25% off. I immediately emailed them asking if they could apply the discount to my order. It hadn't even shipped at this point. They replied 4 days later, refusing. Had I known they were going to refuse, I wouldn't have opened it and would have returned it for a full refund. To make matters worse, the quality is poor and the doors don't line up properly. I won't be buying anything from Mocka again.

I bought this to organise my fabric for stash. As a hobby sewist I was drawn to all the different sections to organise my different fabrics as well as a space to hang my patterns and my works in progress.

This locker is affordable, easy to construct and protects my fabric from light. It also looks awesome in my sewing room which is also pink.

Friends had told me Mocka stuff was cheap but this item is well designed. I will purchase from Mocka again!

Gorgeous chairs and everyone that sees them loves them...they are strong and at a great price. I highly recommend them.

This is my third purchase from Mocka and I’m just as happy this time around. The console table was easy to put together and looks beautiful in my space — just like the photos. I was also really impressed that it arrived within 24 hours. Great value and great service.

Really great design for organising grandchildren's toys and books. Everything is clear to see and easy to see and access. Very clear assembly instructions but lots of parts. I'd be a whole lot faster the second time around! However very accurate cutting and well worth the effort.
Well done again Mocka. Another great value for money product.

These tables are very good value for money. They are sturdy; and were easy to put together. They also arrived very promptly. I will certainly look at purchasing more Mocka items now.
