The gap between the doors is quite wide but expected that as read that in a feedback before we bought it. Other than that, we are pretty happy with it.

Had a few issues with a few bits while putting some cabinets together and the customer service was amazing!

Mocka needs to be more transparent about its freight services. The company they used left our furniture in an unsecured location. We had specifically selected "signature required" but the courier forged our signature and left the items unattended even though we were home at the time. They didn’t knock or attempt to make contact. When I asked Mocka about their delivery policy, their staff told us it was because we lived in an apartment so the courier did not need to deliver it to our door. However, when I contacted the courier company, they said Mocka had instructed them that a signature was not required. Neither Mocka nor the courier company is taking responsibility. It's baffling that despite selecting "signature required" our furniture was left by the walkway next to the post box. As a furniture retailer, the onus is on Mocka to use a freight company capable of delivering heavy items regardless of location. If standard delivery is not feasible due to cost, they should at least offer an option for customers to pay more for adequate delivery. Instead, Mocka seems focused only on getting customers through to payment with no regard for how the product is delivered.

I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Mocka. The Blair Buffet I bought had several flaws. The corner pillars were a noticeably different wood tone from the rest of the piece. One of the legs had no pre-drilled holes for the screws, so we had to borrow our neighbour's power drill to attach it - so much for easy assembly. The drawer doors were poorly constructed and not level. I suggest buying from other furniture companies instead.

Dresser had damage on one piece in 2 places on arrival. We have made it up but will think twice about buying sight unseen now.

Love the look, the size is great & really completes the look of a minimal but cosy bedroom

Bought the Hastings Three Drawer Bedside Table - Olive Green/Natural from Mocka and it had the worst chemical smell, so bad it couldn’t be kept in the house. I have spoken with customer service and they have just said to clean it and air it out for a week, the smell is still just as strong now they have requested it airs for another week. They are being quite difficult with arranging a return and refund.

Arrived on time, easy to assemble, fab splash of colour.

Purchased item - parcel arrived packaging very damaged/open pieces missing. Emailed and called Mocka and have not had a response from them, very disappointing.

The desk is nice, easy to assemble, good value for money.
BUT, the horrendous chemical offgassing smell means we can't even be in the same room. It has been a couple of days, with windows open but it is still just as bad.
How long before the smell goes and we can use the bedroom again? There is no way anyone can sleep in there now, or even be in the same room.

Really recommend Mocka, great products, good quality, easy to assemble with easy-to-follow instructions, provide items exactly as they describe and fast efficient delivery.

I bought an Aspen four & six drawer white/natural over a week ago and so unhappy with my purchase.

Cons:
• Strong smelling odour inside drawers.
• Drawers very fragile.
• Drawers don’t align properly.
• Paint already chipping.
• Poor quality furniture.

Pros:
• Fast delivery & secure packaging.
• Easy to follow instructions.

They are overpriced for what they are. I hate that once assembled you can’t return or get a full refund.

Very dissatisfied with purchase. I will never buy or recommend Mocka furniture in future.

I purchased two of these little side tables. They are perfect for small rooms as the design means the legs can tuck under the chair. They totally lived up to expectations.
Good communication and quick delivery rounded out the experience.

I made a purchase two days ago. The system says that the product has already been delivered, but I haven't received anything at my address. I haven't heard back from anyone yet, the phone doesn't answer and the only way to send an email is to send a message. I'm very upset about all of this.

Had a problem with scheduling for my first order and their client service was able to find a solution very quickly during the weekend.
Made another order a bit later, everything was shipped pretty quickly. Quality is what you would expect for this price range but style is better than what you usually get for this price.
So overall it is worth it.

Have bought Mocka for years and it was good. But last purchase was shocking. Quality of bed frame was unbelievably bad. Barely welded, patchy paint, chipped paint, warped and dented metal, huge lumps of welding like blobs of chewing gum, rough edges of metal, and this was a kids bed. Truly disgusting. Returns process was good for arranging removal. Now waiting on refund.
