Where available, I use this App to make online purchases. The speed of the payment process is great, but the speed of when the BTC cash back reaches my account is even better.
I’ve never experienced ANY card and/or App that provides instant GBP cash back, let alone BTC cash back.
Hopefully more merchants will be an option to pay with mode soon, so I can earn even more cash back.
A search bar for merchants would make the App even better :)

I started using Mode as an easy way of getting into the Bitcoin market and overall I am happy… however, this changed with the removal of the Bitcoin Jar facility which provided a return on the bitcoin owned.

As I am not going to use bitcoin as a payment method for goods the new services are not of interest.

In addition my journey into buying other crypto’s including Cardano, XRP and ether has expanded my understanding and so Mode is OK and is just one part of my long term investment into this market

Absolute waste of time. Little to no functionality on app and appears only a broker to buy bitcoin. Plenty of other brokers to buy bitcoin and many other cryptos and other assets. Other brokers offer better rates/margins and more functionality. Have retained account and small investment pending seeing where the app will go but concluded going nowhere and no urgency to add services/benefits and functionality.

the only plus is it is fca certified- otherwise every other crypto platform I've tried offers more or charges less.

Mode has been a great app for me to start my Bitcoin journey. Their customer service team are super quick at responding which was really helpful

Im just having a small punt with bitcoin not really knowing much about the crypto space but learning as I go along. I came across Mode who are a London based company where I could easily and simply invest in Bitcoin and only Bitcoin. I have had no problems at all and their customer support was excellent when we raised a couple of questions. Mode is constantly developing and I think it has a great future although anything can happen with bitcoin and the crypto space in general.

Disappointed with Mode. Signed up after a referral from another brand I trust. Money inside the account is difficult to access or spend and no real rewards are available. A nice concept but poorly delivered.

I was a bit hesitant at first, as this was the first Crypto app I'd used, but, after using several others, this is now my mainstay for BTC.
I like how it's all instant. Instant buy/sell and, more importantly, instant transfer of cash out to your bank.
That said, they redesigned it a while ago, and now it's quite confusing. I always have to search for five minutes when I want to buy/sell BTC or cash. That could be much clearer I think!
They only do BTC, but that's fine for me on this. No charge for adding/withdrawing from your cash balance, and a reasonable buy/sell fee.

The app fully does not work and the developers put absolutely no effort into fixing it - you can’t even type in any information to do transfer or the likes, I had to connect a Bluetooth keyboard and manually type out an address. The minimum transactions limits are a joke, seems like another one of those start up companies run by 20 year olds.

I have used MODE to store my BTC for some time now and it's such a nice simple app. The BTC cashback is such a huge bonus too, I always check there before buying anything.

Minimum of £50 to withdraw is silly rule because i started with £50 and it dipped a little and now i can't withdraw that money it's sat on you app.

Making it super clear how to withdraw to your bank is also needed as it seems hidden.

Good product, just get out to more retailers asap before the competitors get closer. Team up with Klana or just jump into business with someone quickly to get market share or mode will be left behind.

I got the mode app as I was told it was one of the easiest app to use as a bitcoin newbie. I've had the app for less than a year, and not big balance (just £1500). But I got an email saying they've closed my account and they will not provide any explanation why. I found it strange as I don’t do too much trading. I tried to chat to support and all I got was that I have 7 days to withdraw my money and they will not give a reason. Not much of an apology or even a hint of what was wrong. Never had an account closed on me before so I’m so totally confused. I would not recommend for this reason.

The absolute worst app ever. Absolutely impossible to withdraw you’re own funds.

At the moment my experience is that I’m down £235 so that maybe down to the market currently.

I still think this is a great app as UK based company, and looking forward for the more functions!

A super easy app to get started with and use, and being able to get cashback in bitcoin is really good for anyone who might feel a bit nervous about getting into crypto currency.

One of my favourite shops got added onto Mode recently and I keep getting more Bitcoin every time I buy from them! Such a great idea, highly recommend!

Supper happy! It's my first BTC experience. I'm using the app for only few months but so far all works smooth like butter (I bought some bitcoin and some products from brands in the marketplace). I also like the minimalistic design and simplicity in a way I can access all I need.

I switched to Mode after having a few issues with Binance and haven't looked back since! It's really reassuring that they're UK-based and publicly listed too. The Customer Service team have also been really great at answering any queries that I had since downloading the app.
