Ordered a 323F at the shop and got a discount because I subscribed to mail me when the model first came available. Received the model fast and in good order. Very happy with the purchase.

I could not complete payment on my order so i paid by bank transfer. They cancelled my order but never refunded my money. Pure theft! I will never order again.

Order a model on Feb 22, 2025, didn't shipped until now, contact through email two times and got no reply.

4 cars Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 1980 ordered 6 weeks ago paid 293,10 euro...I never got...I asked many times no answer...I think BETRAY within in the Company Model Car World...don't buy models in Germany I never got answer of Model Car World there's a woman worker overthere cannot trust her she talk nonsens...very bad ! Wim from Holland..I should get answer...No answer !.

Terrible, I ordered 2 models, 1 arrived, 1 didn't, after over a week stuck in customs it had been returned to sender, no updates or explanation from seller despite my 5 messages asking what happened, I ended up going through PayPal to get my money back. Never again. Not the correct way to run a business in this day and age.
*Update* the model that actually arrived was an Xmas present, imperfect, scratch on rear and glue blob under mirror, possibly returned previously. Avoid this seller if I were you.

Model Car World (MCW) company was doing very well until some time ago. Suddenly, everything went wrong. Their prices for models are higher than in other stores, there are fewer promotions, and there are delays in the release of models that are already available on other websites. And if you have any questions or problems, response times to messages are very slow, and too often it seems like they reply without properly reading the request. Fortunately, there are other alternatives on the market, but it's a shame that a business that was once a leader in the industry could go so off course.

I believe this website is a scam. I bought a model, paid upfront and never got sent. I tried contacting them thought the phone and no answer. I wrote an email and after a week someone answer saying it has been sent. I asked confirmation of freight but never got anything. I then got deleted from the website account.

I lost 40€. They basically stole 40€. Please don't buy, you'll get stolen.

I ordred a cabinet for my model-trucks a week ago. It arrived yesterday in Denmark. Tracking made it possible to follow it the whole way. No problem. I'll be back.

I ordered eight models in October 2023. These models havnt arrived. Postnord which was meant to deliver the models. Wrote to me that the package is unaccounted for and i need to contact Model Car World and the reclaim the missing package through DHL Deutschland. When i write to Model Car world both on mail and on PM in Instagram they dont answer me. So now the eight models which costed over €200 is missing and MCW wont lift a finger. So big warning to buy from MCW. I'm a repeat customer and have spent over €3600 over the last two years from Model Car World.

Sending out already used and broken models, no customer service at all.
