Bought a 1:12 Porsche 992 Dakar (Spark). The model was supplied with a non-fitting cover which was too low.

Sent several e-mails but no reaction / solution. Very disappointing experience with this company.

Slogan: “ Nous sommes là pour vous !”.

You can forget about that. When the sale is done, you’re no longer important.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOUGHT MANY CARS FROM THEM BUT THIS IS THE LAST, I BOUGHT A CAR THAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND SENT THEM 2 EMAILS BUT NO RESPONSE SO HAD TO OPEN CASE ON PAYPAL, THEN I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN ITEM SO I'M OUT OF POCKET !!! AVOID THIS SELLER NO REPLY WHEN THINGS GO WRONG !!! 0/10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

ORDERED SUITCASE, DELIVERY COMPANY SAID THEY TRIED TO DELIVER(CAMERA SHOWS NO ATTEMPT MADE) SUITCASE RETURNED TO SENDER
SENT 3 MESSAGES ON WEBSITE, CALLED THEM, SUGGESTED WHEN SUITCASE RETURNS THEY WILL RESEND, ASKED FOR FRESH ORDER, NOW THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP

Ordered a 1/18 scale model. Dispatched same day. Received in perfect condition. Great value and much cheaper than local UK suppliers, even after paying intl delivery and customs duties.

Minor issue with bad tracking link but quickly resolved after contacting them using their online form. Outer box got slightly damaged in transit but thankfully, they packed sufficient foam around the inner box which remained intact.

Would recommend.

I just received 2 models scale 1:43 and they both came perfectly packaged, no scratches or broken parts. They were quick to send. My experience was extremely positive, thank you!

Model arrived loose. Terrible customer care.

I ordered twice in a span of a year now and I just have positive things to say. The prices of things like caps here are way cheaper than elsewhere, even with shipping which is a bit expensive if you order outside from France like I did.

Absolutely horrid after sales service, I ordered a collection of 1:43 cars and one car was sent with missing pieces !

Don't they inspect the items before postage ??

After more than a month awaiting a resolution and FALSE promises I had to involve PayPal.... Big mistake too, PayPal have an AI robot to fix the resolutions which it doesn't work.

I bought a watch from the RS selection webshop few months ago. After sending back the product within 14 days, they still didn't refund the amount back to this day. The response from their aftersale does not exist. They also send vouchers after sending back the product and avoiding full refund.

Avoid ordering at this website at all cost.

Absolutely Disgusting Service!!! I will NEVER buy from them EVER AGAIN & I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME. My 1:12 Porsche 930 Turbo costing 400 Euros eventually arrived in PIECES!!!! the whole back of the car was broken off and had also scratched the car badly from being lose in the box. I made so many phone calls & sent so many emails & got absolutely nowhere. Promises of help never came to fruition. I had to involve my bank to resolve this disgusting service. They even wanted me to pay to send the broken pieces back to France at my own cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs, they have no interest in you once they have your money, They send out damaged goods and have no intention of sorting it out. They don't even reply to emails.. I have sent 3 now with no reply..........

After many successful purchases l recently bought £222 of Xmas goods which resulted in the retailers Courier ( TNT ) pursuing me for an additional £100 for Import Duty & VAT. BEWARE - SelectionRS did not reply to my initial messages for over 9 weeks and then advised they have no interest in warning loyal customers about these post-Brexit costs !!!!!
