Two email inquiries sent over the last 10 days but no reponse. Seems like a scam! Do not buy from here.

Ordered a shirt over a month ago. The phone number tells you to contact them via email (no doubt because they couldn't handle responsibility) and then two emails and 2 weeks after first contact attempt. No replies. Nothing. The order has no tracking. Just says "unfulfilled"

I order a backpack on August 27th and we are now in October 3rd and no backpack. Have emailed them several times and no response. And good luck trying to get thru their number.

The worst experience ever- not surprised they have filed for bankruptcy. I ordered 1 item in late November- as soon as I ordered it, my credit card was charged. I emailed customer service after 3 weeks of not receiving the item- in which I got a quick response “ They are looking into it.” After several days I never heard back from them so I sent several more emails. Never received anymore communication. So this past Monday I called- they were checking and would send me an update. Today- 12-22- 3 days before Christmas- I demanded an answer before I would end my call- found out they do not have my item in stock- my thinking is they never had it in stock. This was obviously a Christmas present- so now I have to find something else- they should have been transparent 2 weeks ago. I’m suppose to be refunded- we will see.
Don’t make the same mistake, PLEASE AS IT IS MISEABLE TO DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT!!!
I bought two pieces of machines:
OVICX Smart Run Treadmill and Echelon Smart Connected Rowing Machine w/ 21.5" screen for a total of $2,706.22 about two months ago.
The Rowing machine showed up with poor packaging from some miserable Chinese outfit. The packaging was so poor that screws came loose and got into the rowing drum causing not properly working. The treadmill showed up after nearly two months late after weekly expediting this crooked Modells outfit. Upon arrival opened up the package, sure enough the treadmill and display did work! After frequently calling and expediting these crooked people, we are still waiting on them sending us the defective parts. I’m not sure what I am supposed to do with these parts. Two months and $2,700 later, with no machines and with two pieces of junk occupying floor space. This company must have either setup by the crooked Chinese or Americans as a front store with the aim of selling junk Chinese goods. The Chinese goods are at the bottom of the barrel anyway, but these products are even lowest than low. PLEASE DO NOT BUY AND GET SCAMMED LIKE US. you will just loose your money!!!!

Worst company ever. We purchased an item online and it was never sent. Finally after a few weeks found out they never even had it in stock. Tried again later and same issue. Now over two months later I still have not received my refunds for items we never received. Emails are always the same with no resolution. Customer service is a joke and you can never speak to a manager. They keep telling you rest assured your refund will be there in a few days. They give you a time frame that a manager will call back but they never do. When you call back they are no longer available. They will not give you a direct name or phone number of any manager. They will place you on a fake hold to pretend they are researching and then come back with the same response they gave you previously. By far worst company and by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

AWFUL COMPANY!! I ordered two items got 1/2 of them on time and the last item( a 100$ baseball jersey) never arrived. After 5 weeks had passed I called them and spoke to about 20 different customer service representatives that all told me the same thing "We'll send you and update in 48 hours". After about two months had passed I finally got a hold of a "manger" who was able cancelled my order and told me a refund was going to be issued to my account within 15 business days. It has been two months now and it is safe to say I am never getting my money back. Avoid doing business with this company because they will try to scam you...

They will send you a partial order of wrong items. Their customer service will tell you its in their "return policy" backed by the federal government for you to return the wrong products for a 150% discount coupon after you pay return shipping and they get the wrong product back.
Obviously to start the sick loop all over again.

I ordered something WEEKS AGO, They promised it would arrive in time, even promised to expedite because it was taking them too long--THEY SHIPPED IT THE SLOWEST POSSIBLE SPEED! AND THEY INCLUDED AN ILLEGIABLE LABEL WHICH SLOWED IT DOWN EVEN MORE! It did NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THE GAME, even though it was promised! Spoke to and emailed over 50 different incompetent people. Will NEVER ORDER anything from them again! NEVER!

I bought 2 items. One was delivered, but the other one wasn’t... i demanded a refund, but they tried to convince me it would still be shipped. I talked to about 8 different customer service reps that spoke slow English. Once i started demanding a refund, is took about 7 weeks to finally get. They did eventually refund, but i was thinking i got took. They always want to escalate the matter and will give you a response in 48 hours... i only received a call back once out of about 50/60 messages. I would never do business again with them.

I ordered a weight rack and was doing so on quadpay. After the website told me the bill was $250 for the first payment, they billed the full $1,061.23 and now will not allow me to cancel the order nor will they give a refund. I have disputed the payment with my credit card company and have stopped the payment. I have also got a lawyer looking into this Do not do business with this company! They are thieves!

This company is despicable and I am pissed!!!! I ordered a portable treadmill online through Facebook on March 8 and got the FedEx tracking number right away. However, there is no record that FedEx has it. I asked for a refund and they refused saying it has been shipped. I've emailed numerous times to locate its whereabouts and keep getting the same answer: They will escalate it. I've called twice this week only to be told the same thing. It is two months now with no treadmill and no refund. Basically, I just gave someone $700.00 of my hard-earned money. My next step is going to be getting a lawyer. I DO NOT recommend this company. Please do not give them your business. You will regret it!
