Placed order on 06/07 still not received it , very disappointed

Deliver time from 7.7 to 16.7 its so so long

I am always very happy with my Modere orders. I have used them for many years. Now I mainly buy the toothpaste and mouth rinse, which I love.

We didn't get product yet check with corier company they delivered somewhere else what should we do

My account was debited on the correct day and my item dispatched accordingly. The courier company delivered within an acceptable timeframe.

Moderne has taken £77.00 out of my account and have not sent me the product I have payed for, they have tried to fib me off with lies stating the product was on its way and then the following day they informed me it was lost in the post🥲 I will have to contact my bank its fraud. Please be aware

Delivery takes very long lately. Since the delivery provider has been changed, I am waiting longer than a week for package being delivered. And this time again waiting over a week, it sitting in Amsterdam and no move at all.

This product is amazing. Since I started using it, I do not get colds or sick or anything. Order through Modere quick, convenient and fuss free.

Have you changed courier policies. Dao previously delivered to our door but now the last 2 times we have to go and pick it up and that's annoying and from a place that doesn't suit.

Response time to questions is good, but one complaint I have is that one bottle doesn’t last one month. With two 15ml servings a day it only lasts 3 weeks and then I go almost 10
Days without collagen until new
Bottle arrives. And two bottles a
Month would be way too much.

Lovely mouth wash

I did an order for my friend recently and she received one which she didn't order. I sent an email to Modere and immediately they acknowledged their mistake and told me to keep those items and they sent her the correct order within a week. They are very efficient and know how to give good customer service. Well done Modere.

So far shocking, still haven't received the items, over a week later!

Omg I thought I could never do it, lost 6lb in one week, loving this product, have just ordered my second batch, will definitely use these again and again, would highly recommend,
