Beautiful rug - exactly as described, best price on the net and speedy delivery! Well done!

I spent a long time looking for the perfect rug for my bedroom. Modern rugs had a great range and it was really helpful being able to search by 'style'! The rug arrived promptly and is gorgeous.

We absolutely loved our rug. The design, colours and material is so nice and goes perfectly in our living room. Very happy with our product, service and would buy again.

Only downside is the rug keeps curling on the corners but I guess I will have to find a solution for that!

Bought the Savannah Grey rug for our hallway. We live in a barn where the hall is double height and at this time of year, it's in dire need of being warmed up. The rug looks fabulous and feels great as its pure wool. The service from Modern Rugs - from an email query to learn more about the product and your returns process and policies,through to delivery - was great. Thank you

Excellent choice and easy purchase on the site. The rug I wanted was out of stock at time of purchase but I was guided through my choices and decided to wait until in stock, and the rug was delivered quicker than the anticipated back in stock date. Highly recommended and great customer service.

Lovely rug, very well wrapped. One negative was that there was information on how long it would take to receive the rug, it took three weeks. There was no problem in waiting three weeks but be good to be advised when ordered.

Love my rug. Had to wait a bit as it was out of stock, but really worth it. And they kept me in touch with what was happening. It arrived the day after they told me it had been despatch. Excellent service and an excellent rug.

THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We ordered a rug from them and it was too small so we asked for an exchange for a larger rug. The customer service team namingly Craig would not give answers to anything and when we received the one word answers they were totally unhelpful! They then said they will process a refund which has not not been processed even till now!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Use rugs direct instead much better service and same products!

I love the rug. I will say it does have some imperfections but for the price you can't go wrong. It looks amazing in my living room.

Great support for when a rug was out of stock. I waited a couple of months but got the one I wanted, staff were responsive and helpful.

Excellent quality rug purchased and although it was out of stock when I ordered, it was dispatched promptly when came back in stock. Definitely looking to purchase another in the future and have recommended to family and friends!
