Fabulous service. Hand made and delivered within 6 days. Great quality bed.

Fantastic customer service, I needed the bed quicker than the stated order and delivery time. I contacted Modern Beds, Ken responded immediately and advised he would get back to me in 24 hours. The next day I received a text and email confirming they were able to deliver the next day. The quality of the bed for the price is exceptional. I would highly recommend Modern Beds - 5 stars!

To be honest this was my best experience l love my bed, mattress and headboard. I slept like there no tomorrow or like I’ve won a lottery 🤣. Thank you so much.

We were delighted with both our beds & had such great nights sleep ever since. We chose grey suede which I must say looks so classy. My daughter chose the cream chenille. We were concerned about the colour but it looks like the colour of clotted cream. The beds & extra large headboards are great value. The drawers are very sturdy & well built. Delivery was speedy & accommodating due to work commitments. All in all very impressed & happy with both beds. A great job! Thank you.

We purchased sandringham divan and Chesterfield headboard, were advised a timeframe of 5-15 working days, we gave the benefit of the doubt, wish I didn’t. We emailed on the 21st working day after hearing nothing at all from the company and low and behold the frame arrived two days later. The quality is horrendous it really does look like it has been made in a shed by a 10 year old, there are staples everywhere and they come with a shoddy plastic clip to hold the bases together, we at first never knew what to do with this clip but when you don’t have an issue with modern beds they do pick up the phone, we called and were sent a YouTube video (i know) which was no help at all. When I’ve called back to say “look we clearly have difference of quality, please give me a refund and collect the frame” the response is laughable we were asked to bag the frame up as was delivered take a picture and wait 1-2 weeks on a collection, no solution as to where I am going to store this frame for however long it takes to collect. Now I am an unhappy customer my number has been blocked by the call centre and the manager is no longer emailing back. If you ever have the pleasure of speaking to Steve the”CS Manager” good luck. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY

Update on the reply from Steve, Steve emailed and asked the review be taken down if I would agree to a collection, this is clearly how modern beds believe is a fair way to run a business. Again more lies from Steve no mention of any foul language and as stated to Steve I have recordings of the calls and I asked a member of his team if they did record their calls, the answer is no. So how Steve is going to back up an accusation of me being rude and abusive to his staff, that’s going to be a stretch.

If only I could attach the exchange in emails from Steve they are hilarious

Ordering was quick and easy, I was kept informed of my order details up until delivery. Delivery service was good and the driver was an absolute trajan and declined help from us! The bed itself is lovely and as expected. No instructions for how to attach headboard so we sort of guessed and seem to have done it alright. Would buy again!

Was in desperate need of a new mattress and came across this company hadn’t used them before but the customer reviews looked pretty good so decided to give them a try. I purchased an orthopaedic double mattress and have to say the order process was quick and easy and I received the mattress within 5 days. I got a text message from the company the day before delivery and a courtesy call from the courier on the day to confirm the ETA. Mattress is also very comfortable and I am able to now enjoy a good nights sleep. Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent service was delivered within 4 days great quality only issue was I ordered crush velvet and a fabric 1 was delivered although it was lovely we decided to keep it

Absolutely amazing!! Great quality beds for the price & fast delivery...I’ve ordered two beds from this company in the last few months & will definitely use again in the future.
