I ordered two products & one was missing after delivery. I emailed my issue & I had a response within 21 minutes. The next day they hand delivered it to my house by the end of the day. Amazing service to correct a mistake. It is reassuring to have this kind of service as of a customer in this day and age. Modern Bike is now my go to. Thanks.

Ordered matching mirrored pair of Sturmey Archer drum brake plates for my Trike. Package came in mislabeled (both left hand side) and missing required bushing to install. Return form did not work and per their email I returned with printed copy. They charged me extra for shipping to me and I paid for return UPS. It was their mistake but I am paying or it.

I bought a sunlite hrt 100 trike rack off of modern bike. I had a lot of difficulty putting the bike together as the instructions were very vague. I took pictures at modern Bikes behest and sent them to modern bike. They never got back to me as to how to put the rack together. This is a very cheaply made bicycle rack the wheel tiedowns are something. Mickey Mouse would’ve come up with they would not hold a wheel in my belief. I would never recommend this rack to anyone. I tried to write a review and modern bike made me submit my email. To submit a review of this product they never got back to me with their permission. To write the review.

Unresponsive and rude... Not qualities you would expect from a business.

I ordered a spoke. It only cost 70 cents but the shipping charge was $6 which would have been okay if they had mailed it right away but it took them one week just to ship the order. So, it took 10 days. If the spoke was backordered, they should have notified me immediatly. I would have cancelled my order and gone with another vendor. Also, in ordering the spoke the nomenclature showed "2X" which I misread as two spokes. I found out after receiving the spoke that it meant double butted. Modern Bike could be a little more descriptive in their labeling.

Modern Bike is a VERY GOOD site to use.

But trust pilot is questionable, I just did a review and got a questionable response from trust pilot, like take down my review in 3 days . . .

I have ordered from them multiple times. They have a great selection of parts and shipping is always fast. Prices are very competitive. I have no complaints. This is a vendor you can rely on.

Good prices, but be sure to write down your order number because I never received an email confirmation or receipt. If you have the order number, you can easily check the status of your order their website. Shipping was a bit slow as well.

I really like this site. Very easy and useful way to shop bike tires without having to scroll through unnecessary listings. Prices 👍

The web-site is a bit out dated one might say? Yet they had the part I needed and took Paypal so I took a chance & placed my order. They shipped it fast and was well packaged with tracking .
