First, Andre @ bellatisport is legit. Ordered a frame kit to Arizona, USA and I received it. To US customers: if your item gets stuck at any 1 of 5 ISC (USPS) throughout the US - be patient, it feels as though you made a mistake, its not, but it may take longer than you expected. No tariff was asked for upon US entry. I was prepared to pay one, but didn't have to. (set as an expectation & be ready if needed). Best part? Andre was in contact with me and to his shipping partners the whole time - outstanding customer service. (I asked him to process an inquiry on his end; he did) ( I learned how submit one from my side). For peace of mind, choose the fastest shipping option AND get the package insurance. No promises; it's what I WILL be doing moving forward with any big purchase overseas. Lastly, Andre expressed the stress he feels as well when a shipment goes missing, You really can't ask for more.

They are not update their stocks, so you ask them.
But they will never anwer

Sold parts that they do not have in stock, take the order then say it 2/3 week delivery. Info@ address bounced back. If you don’t have something in stock you can’t sell it!!! Why would I pay you extra profit if I can just buy it from the guy you buy it from!?

Absolutely infuriating to have to take time out of my life to call and cancel.
