Sheba was phenomenal! I attend a group trip that was hosted & organized by Sheba Mathews. We stayed at Royalton Chic Cancun and I had a wonderful time. Setting up the trip was a very easy the process. She answered all my questions, gave great advice and suggestions on what to do in Cancun. If you need a travel agent make sure you call Sheba! My vacation was beyond awesome!!! I had a 4 day stay at The breathless resort and spa in Punta Cana DR. The resorts was beautiful and full of awesome activities and events! We also had access to the resort next door so we had a very large selection of foods to eat. It was a birthday trip and the door and the room were a perfect birthday greeting upon arrival. Everyone, I mean everyone was super nice!!! It was very easy to book excursions as well. Our vacation expert, Sheba Mathews was awesome. She made sure that everything was perfectly set up and organized for us from the flight there all the way to the flight home. Every detail was covered.

Oh…. And we had a walk up pool right outside our room and a personal hot tub! We had a GREAT time!

I've worked with Sheba on multiple vacations. She is awesome! Very pleasant to work with, her communication is clear, and she always puts my needs and budget first! One time I asked her if I could use my hotel points through her and she was honest and told me it would be better to book on my own since I had points. I absolutely love her and Modern Travelworks!
