I am headed to St. Maarten for my 40th birthday and I am so grateful to have worked with Sheba Mathews as I planned this vacation. She offers the best customer service and was able to cater to my needs. She was very professional in helping me find a great rate for my hotel accommodations. My (now) husband and I chose Modern Travelworks to assist with our room block arrangement and help our guests book their accommodations with the resort for our destinationwedding. From our very first conversation with Sheba and Fereshta, we knew we made the right choice. They were very warm, funny, knowledgeable, professional, and made everything incredibly easy from the first day up unto the wedding. Sheba was very quick with guest quotes (sometimes multiple for one person), and went over and beyond tracking people down and getting them to book (I've learned people procrastinate a LOT- that part was a bit nerve-wracking!). But she got it done with minimal work needed on our part. Closer to the wedding, my best friend's husband had another serious complication from a brain surgery he had months prior and they were unable to attend. I had fronted the cost for their stay because I really wanted them to be there and I know medical bills were piling up for them. Once I learned they couldn't attend, I reached out to Sheba to see if there was any way I could recover any of the money I paid. I knew it would be a long shot since I didn't remember to buy the travel insurance (I highly suggest getting it just in case!!!). However, Sheba was able to recover the full amount once we submitted medical documentation! I don't know how she did it- I can only think she's a magician or something! Needless to say, we've been very impressed with their service and highly recommend them for guest accommodations for any wedding or event. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!

Would like to express my gratitude towards this company, I came to Sheba Mathews a month before my trip and she was able to provide me with several different resorts to choose from.
