I ordered from this company under the name of top adjustable glasses but my email nonreplys com from modernlifestyleshop. The ad says free shipping so when I went to check out I saw they were charging me 9 for shipping and 9 for a mystery box.I tried to back out of it when I saw they were a scam but they charged paypay anyway.I emailed them thru the pay pal site within 3 minutes and told them to cancel it, but all you get is a response saying we will respond soon, they never do.Hopefully when I get all my correspondance sent to paypal I will get my money back

I’m rating then 0 zero Bought a blissheat November 8 order place it arrived on January and the product is not working very frustrating. no refund policy that’s actually refunding the actual amount, this is the worst company.

I ordered an Alpha Heat Vest, the tracking was not up to par, I needed up call C/S to get an update and was told that it could be an additional 5-10 days from the original 3-7 days of TnT. I ended getting it the next day. The zipper is on the wrong side for a male vest and I ordered what the site says an "additional power bank" not knowing and no where on the sites says power bank not included. Whoever heard of a heated vest not come with a power bank?

I am ACTUALLY LIVID right now. I too, did NOT finalize my order and did NOT want 2 mini heaters! Well, today 2 showed up and my account was charged for both, but apparently the second one at a discount. (Insert eyeroll here). Not any indication of how to return unwanted product either!

Horrible experience. I ordered a Vital heart ring for a Xmas gift. The item was delivered to my nbr to start with. The ring was 2 sizes too small. I called and was told to call back, their computer was down. Called back and was told I could not just return for a full refund, there is a restock fee and another return ship fee. So I was pressured basically to exchange the ring for a bigger size--and STILL pay to ship the wrong size ring back with a track number. (glad I had the track number!) The ring was rcvd to the adrs they told me to send to in NJ 12/23 I called 12/27 to ask why they didnt confirm rcpt and since I show they got it, when will I get the exchange? I think they would have kept the ring and the money. They sent me an email asking AGAIN what size. then a followup asking my adrs to send the ring too. (should that not be in their database?) It is now 1/8. I have sent 3 emails since the 27th of Dec asking where the ring is and where is the tracking number. NO RESPONSE. I filed a dispute with my card company to get my money back. Support was horrible. IF you are going to force people to keep your product at least offer decent customer support.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give Modern Lifestyle, a -5 star review, I would. I never finalized my order, but somehow they still charged my card. I called as soon as I saw the charge and was told it had already left the building. Very rotten! The product will be returned asap.

seen a ad thru yahoo and ordered 2 health rings to monitor heart, blood pressure and activity. received items 4 weeks later, called the company and they informed me to download a app that said was 100% free, i learned it wasnt and cost 39.99 a month for each ring. i emailed the company and informed them i wanted to return the items as i was misled about the free app. they ignored all my emails for 5 weeks, then sent me a email stating im past the 30 days return policy and they cant help me.. they waited this long to respond, total scam. i reported them to all necessary sites and to credit card company.

this company is a rip off. I bought a drone and they sent me a cheap imitation of what their site showed.
I had to contact them after 3 days to even get shipping info.
they never sent me a copy of my order.
extended warranty i paid for never included.
NO return contact after I try to get any more done.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 1 drone and recieved 2 and was charged and up charged for the 2nd one. When I recieved the package I opened it and it was the cheapest drone felt like a 2 year old put it together. I called and emailed and called & finally spoke with someone who said I could return but that they would not pay for the shipping of thier product. I just sent both drones back and ended up paying 20 bucks for the shipping.

The worst products and customer service. The Alphaheaterus is the worst product sold here in the US. This cheap item made is China does not stay in the socket. The remote does not work and it does not heat the room. I tried getting a full refund and Brandon at customer service starts giving you a 50% discount, then 75% and lastly 85%. They will charge you a shipping fee and a 15% stocking fee if you return the product. DO NOT BUY from this company. It is the biggest ripoff.

Fraudulent - Do Not Trust This Company
I'm spending too much time disputing their charge, which I never do. Ordered a recommended tech toy. After inserting my credit card, the price was not only jacked up, they charged a $10 "VIP Club" fee, inflated shipping, and tacked on $10 to the price of the product. To make is worse, I never recieved the product. Which I sense was a piece of crap. I'm still disputing. Never do business with this company, whoever they are. If I could do zero stars I would.

Ordered boltz retro upgrade game stick fir 85$ and received 2 plastic kids battery games..called them 3 times and they Say they're sending an email or somebody will call me back within forty eight hours complete scam

I never got the refund. I purchased 4 Pro Xtreme cameras on 1/16/24, found them unsatisfactory and not as advertised, returned them within 30 days. Almost a year later there’s still no refund despite my repeated requests.

I browsed the site and one thing immediately stood out to me under their technology heading. None of the products listed give you a product name or who manufactures them. I was given one of their smart rings as a gift. The setup process for this ring was hilariously bad. The instructions while in English made no sense as word choice and sentence structure were very incorrect. This left a lot open to question on whether the device was setup properly. The companion app to the device for the cellphone is riddled with adds. Which to consumers who purchase an item do not expect adds as this product was not free. And the results the app displays are highly questionable to their authenticity. I happen to be using a ring that tracks health stats, i.e. heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels etc. I know my averages, and the ring is showing measurements way outside the average for me. The Item is from a company called Lefun Health. The entire time the app kept telling me to pair my watch or my watch was not connected. I didn't buy a watch... Again, I had a ring. Also, I cannot find the companies website. and the errors in using English suggest along with the packaging that the company is based in China. No receipt was given for the transaction, and in the packaging only a business card to modern lifestyle shop and the item were present, so I feel even attempting a refund will be a dead end!

I found this company through an article promoting the “Top 20 Tech Gadgets for the Season.” Based on that recommendation, I ordered five air purifiers for refrigerators through their website, modernlifestyle.com. What I received, however, was absolutely unacceptable.

It took over a month for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, they sent me three cyber heaters instead of the five air purifiers I had ordered. Not only were the items wrong, but the quantity was also incorrect.

The charge on my account came from a company called Margins Holding Limited, which was completely unrelated to the website I purchased from. Another sign that it’s a scam.

This is a scam, and I believe others need to be aware. Companies like this take advantage of consumers, and I urge authorities, such as the Attorney General, to investigate their practices.

Did anyone get linked to modern lifestyle through Best Buy app? I received a notification from Best Buy app about the best deals ever for this year. I am thinking i am on the app but l was buying from modern lifestyle. I think it scam but Best Buy is not aware of it. They are liable

This company (Modern Lifestyles Shop.com) is a total fraud. After a brief online search, I found Consumer TestReviews.org. They had a very favorable comparison of a fitness tracker. The price was about right and it looked good. I attempted to order it, and there was no final "order" button. Instead I found that I'd already ordered the device, plus a second device for an additional charge of $24.99. As I was trying to contact them in an effort to amend the order, when I got a call from my banks Fraud Service, never a good thing!! So now I do not have a bank card only a few days before Christmas. In checking Trustpilot, I see many others who have been scammed by this outfit. When I did contact the company I spoke with someone who had a very heavy accent, and the call had a lot of static. The person I called hung up on me. I called back and they hung up again. It's a shame that I couldn't give a negative stars review.

I ordered the alpha heat vest. The website says it's an American company and that i should receive the order in 5 to 7 days. After 5 days I had not heard a think so emailed support. Received a response within 24 hours that they were sorry and soon after received an email that it was being shipped. I looked at the tracking information and it shows a Korean carrier!! I did send another email regarding this, no response uet. The email also stated you should see the progress with 12 to 24 hours, its been 24 hours and no updates. Not sure if I will get my order, we will see, but based on other reviews I will be contacting my bank to make sure no other charges are applied to my card. So my advice is beware, this most likely is some type of scam. I have searched Alpha Heat Vest multiple times and seems like it's reputable but then I saw it's through Modern Lifestyle Shop. The charge on my card listed neither name. If I am wrong, happy to post an update, but that's my experience so far.
Update: I did end up getting the vests, and I had ordered the extra battery packs, which I found out you HAVE to order them, the stupid vests do not come with a power pack!!! How can they say heat vest when it doesn't automatically come with a power pack?? The sizes are definitely not American sizes, the large is more like a medium. After I contacted CS regarding the Korean tracking number, they sent another tracking number supposedly from New Jersey, which again, did not work. It was the holidays so I forgot to contact my bank and sure enough, yesterday my card was charged 19.99 ×2, I have shut down card and reported fraud as I did not authorize them charge me for anything! BEWARE

Nowhere did i see shipping with my order, when I entered my information, a pop up screen came up, trying to sell me more stuff... I've didn't complete order, due to pop up... next thing i know I'm charged $10 more than the advertised camera !
