I've recently purchased a property being sold by Modern Listings and I was really impressed with the level of communication throughout the process. The key use of WhatsApp to keep me updated and informed was really convenient and far more informative. Sean was able to send screenshots of communications he was involved in further up the chain which provided far more of an update on the progress of the chain than any update you would ever get from a Solicitor. Overall I can't fault Modern Listings and their alternative approach to communicating (don't worry the classic phone call and e-mail wasn't left behind either). If you're looking for a breath of fresh air when it comes to purchasing/selling a property then I'd definitely rate Sean at Modern Listings.

One of THE best experiences I've had working with an estate agent. From the outset, Sean was open and realistic, attentive and gave brilliant advice on how to make the place we were selling really stand out - we sold STC within three days. Using WhatsApp for quick updates is a genius approach but he's also great at the more traditional communication channels too. Without a doubt, I would use Sean and Modern Listings if I were to move in the future.

Sean knows the market well, his friendly, approachable, professional and hard working. He sold our property and every property we have gone on to recommend that they use Modern Listings.

If we do ever decide to move again I know for a fact we will be using Modern Listings.
