Dang near impossible to make a return!

Do not order from this company … I had Ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding.. when the dress came in, it was not as described in the description. I contact the company try to return the dress. I imputed the address and the return shipping cost was gonna cost me 30+ dollars to return it to China then I would have to pay customs and other fees to get it back into China. Very frustrated. All I want is my money back and for them to send me a return label to ship the dress back to them. They offered accept the return at my cost for shipping or exchange for another item or keep at a discount. But it doesn’t fit .. didn’t want to exchange and just wanted a return label .. is that so hard to understand.

Worst online experience I’ve ever had

Worst online experience I’ve ever had. It was an inaccurate description of the dress. I sent 5 emails. I got on the chat box twice, one for 30 minutes, then another time for 2 1/2 hours, as directed.
You never mentioned exchanges were given as returned items only.

I have tried repeatedly to get a full…

I have tried repeatedly to get a full refund because the item I ordered is not available. I was told it was in production and it’s unknown when it will be available. I keep getting emails offering discounts that I don’t want. I will never order from this company again and I caution everyone. I wish I had checked reviews before buying. This is awful customer service.

This company has been a nightmare…

This company has been a nightmare experience for me. First I didn’t know the company was in china. I have paid already a third of the dress cost in postage and my return item is held up in customs. No one can tell me how much the customs are, not the United States Postal Service or Modesses!!
They have to know but refuse to pay it, tell me what I owe, or refund my money for the item! Please do not order from this company…. A nightmare!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, returns are very difficult and not free; it costs almost as much as the product to return. NEVER order from this site, clothing looks nothing like the site, and it took over 6 weeks to arrive, and over a week for them to finally return my email requesting a return.

I was very disappointed in the dress

I was very disappointed in the dress. It hung on me like a gunnysack. It was inexpensive material and cheaply made. I have asked three or four times on how to return and they are giving me the runaround.

Hello!!

Hello!!! Had to come on here and update my previous review!!! My dress that I ordered was too big for me, and after contacting this company… they shipped me a smaller size immediately and actually didn’t even ask for me to return my original dress! I’ve never had that kind I service and I just cannot believe that… I l completely was ready to ship my original back and wait, but that’s not what happened! Top tier customer service…. Recommend to anyone!!

I received a damaged dress

I received a damaged dress. I was told it is out of stock and to find something else and yet Everything I pick I’m told is out of stock even though I can add it in my cart off the website. Then I’m told to pick something that ships in 24 hours like I’m supposed to know what ships in 24 hours. I just want a refund and be done with this company. It’s too bad because I like their styles and reasonable pricing but, dealing with an issue is impossible!

One item arrived but the second has never come. I have enquired of the company but have received reply. The dress that came was as expected for Chinese make. I quite like it and it fits well but not great quality. I would not buy from them again.

poor quality/ no refund

The quality of fabric was okay, but the sewing of the items did not match the quality of the photo. The items looked less professional or an imitation of the photo. Also, I tried to return the item and never received a refund. An AI or automated message would reply saying they are trying to wait for my product to return to the warehouse when I had already received confirmation that it did. I never got my money back or a credit. Do not buy from them!

Do not order from this company. They are not from United States. They are from China. They are deceitful and charging claiming its high quality. Do not be scammed like I have been. Over a month and I haven’t received my merchandise.

Very frustrating experience – no help with returns

I had a very disappointing experience with Modesees.

I ordered a dress that was promised to be delivered quickly, but the shipping took much longer than expected. When the dress finally arrived, it did not fit me at all. The item is brand new and unused, still in the original packaging.

I contacted customer service multiple times asking for a return label and return address so I can send the dress back and receive a refund. Instead of helping, they keep ignoring my request and repeatedly offer replacement items that I clearly said I do not want.

They advertise a 15-day return policy, but when customers try to return an item, their emails are ignored and no clear return instructions are provided. This makes it almost impossible to complete a return within the stated time frame.

This situation has wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress. I am now forced to contact my payment provider and open a dispute in order to resolve this issue.

I strongly hope the company improves its customer service and handles return requests honestly and responsibly. Until then, I would advise other customers to be very cautious when ordering.

Chinese company pretending to be…

Chinese company pretending to be Australian. Took 40-50 days to receive the dress I ordered and an additional 45 days to go through many messages with their customer service just to get an address I could ship an UNOPENED package back to them. The address is in China. And it provides I need to figure out all the traffic and customs fees up front and pay them or they won’t accept the return.
