I bought a dress that was delivered…

I bought a dress that was delivered ontime but the XS was WAY to big!! They wanted me to exchange it but they do not offer a smaller size. So to get a refund I have to pay to mail it back to China!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO.

I really love their clothing

I really love their clothing. I have ordered over 10 items. Everything is such great quality. Never disappointed in anything I have received. The clothes typically arrive with 10 - 14 days. The clothing looks just like the advertisement and July in customer service has been wonderful. I would and have recommended Modesses to my friends and family.

Poor customer service and no order sent

Poor customer service, and I have not received the products I ordered over a month ago. I have not received a response from the company regarding the order. I will be contesting this purchase with my credit card company. Do not order from this company.
I am editing my review. They finally responded. They offered a replacement item because the items I ordered are not available. There has been no response to my request for a refund. So they want to keep money and do not communicate that they have no intentions of sending the order. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I love the dress. Too small I want to return it but having a horrible time doing so.

Bad quality and bad customer service

Terrible quality dress. I paid $120 US for something that clearly cost around $5 to make. Plus it was 4 sizes too big (and it was a “medium”).
Customer service slow and unapologetic. Had to pay $50 to send back to China. Not impressed

I am writing this review to document and track my refund request. I received the order today. The dress I received is fine. However the pant suit not so much. The neck on the mock turtle neck on the top is too big and looks terrible. The quality for this piece is just not there. I have left a message and currently awaiting a reply. I will update my review

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful…

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful in the picture. When I received it, it wasn’t the same drape or color and a bit too tight. I tried to return the next day and I was offered 20% off to keep it or return and get a 100% refund. Sounds great except the dress cost $126 and to return to China costs $253 at FedEx. I wold say unless you are 100% certain that you will keep it, Don’t bother(if you live in the US)

Horrible…Took forever to get the dress…bc…

Took forever to get the dress…bc apparently it is shipped from China…dress was way too big…extremely difficult to return! First they try to negotiate. When they finally agree to return after may back and forth emails, you have to figure out how to send it back to china and pay the full cost of shipping, customs etc. do not order anything from them!

Stay away its a scam

First shipping date when you order says week however they do mot update you till you ask them and delay after delay took 6 weeks. After receiving item looks absolutely nothing like picture. Just a piece of fabric with no lines and fit. Awful absolutely fraudulent. Do not order please waste of time and you will never get refund as they dont reply after you receive item. Out of country company.

Feel like I’m being scammed

I ordered a dress and I’ve received the same dress three different times weeks apart from each order and charge each time. I’m trying to cancel and send back and it’s very difficult. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Cant give ZERO or I would

Cant give ZERO or I would. Should have checked here first. Dress not anything like the picture. Heavy, shapeless. To return, they first offered 20% refund and I could keep the dress. I said i will ship it back. Then found out you have to ship it to China. What a rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

The worst customer service ever!!

The worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a dress and got a confirmation email that it should arrive in 5 weeks. I paid in full. No item. Emailed customer service asking where is my dress. They keep sending the same response that it’s pending. Finally, after many more emails from me they admitted that the item is no longer available and I should pick something else from their site. I did. No confirmation. I keep sending emails they keep ignoring it. Asked for cancellation and a refund. At least 5 times. No response. Calling my bank and going to dispute this transaction. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
