My experience was horrible. The company advertised what they do not have.i bought two of what i saw in the advertisement but was shockingly disappointed when I got what they delivered. It was an eye sore- worthless. I requested for my money but they refused and insist that I keep the items that I did not like . They are now advertising the same items that I bought but was not delivered. It’s a big time SCAM. Stay away for your own good please

This is a scam company they advertise good when look at it it looks good and quality but when you receive completely different product they buy from china chip fake products and send to you it worth nothing very disappointing every should avoid this company Facebook should ban this company

Its absolutely scam, show you different on the web and when you received it, absolutely joke, please save you money and time, DON'T BUY,

Avoid this company at all costs. Unfortunately I fell for its glitzy marketing, however it was a poor quality item from China which most certainly wasn’t worth £47.00.

Modisity online purchase of jacket. It took time to arrive UK. The item received was similar but not correct one as per online purchase and nothing like one advertised in quality. I requested refund and after numerous emails finally got sent a returns note with address details in China to post back. Im know having to beg for my postage costs to be reimbursed as no fault of my own. On reading their refund policy im in the right. Im not ever going to purchase and avoid at all means necessary. If one potential customer is saved from my experience I have done my job 🙃

Total scam stay away from them !!!!!! This is another one of those companies from china selling below standard clothes through fake websites and then expecting you to return their cheap and nasty products to china and great expense. I ordered premium linen shits which came in the wrong size and not even 100 % linen. 45 % cotton but the shirts felt like plastic. Poorly packaged and bad customer service. I tried to cancel this order before they shipped it but as usual they refused and insisted to ship to me and then I have to return it to china at my cost !! Or I could have 25% refund and keep the crap shirts. I don’t want the shirts I want my full refund. !!! Total scam stay away from this company!

Appalling customer service. They sent the wrong items (lady’s shirts, not men’s) then expected me to pay for the return postage because it was their “company policy”. They still refuse to agree to refund postage after countless emails so currently I’m left with useless items.
