Fraud !!!! Horrible cust service and no help, i ordered the 3 watch set was sent all of the watches that came from China not Florida as stated , took one of the watches on a trip and the crown was completely locked but it still filled with water and condensation , contacted them after alot of back and forth they said i could either get a new one of store credit i opted for store credit to buy a different watch and was never sent the credit waited mths emailed and got nothing in return , now they operate under modseracw.com and they are acting like they dont know anything about it check google you can see that modsera and modseracw are the same account they cancled modsera bc they were ripping ppl off and started modseracw ....(((((STAY AWAY ))))

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I never received the items I ordered, and the company has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. They advised me to contact the carrier, but the carrier stated that only the merchant can file a claim. I am out of $578 and strongly advise against doing business with this company.

MODSERA is a SCAM without a doubt. Order 3 watches that were never received. After weeks of sending me fake emails about the various stages of where the watches are in production, quality inspection, testing and even shipment, I asked if they can send me the track shipment number since they claimed the watches were shipped. This is when I got an email saying they are experiencing difficulties with their Shopify online shop and cannot fulfill the order. They did not offer to refund the money or work on a new order, they simply said that I can/should work with my financial institution, essentially admitting they took the money but did not deliver the product. I encourage you to avoid them at any cost.

I purchased a Seiko Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch. I went on a cruise and the watch was filled with condensation from the warm air. I did not go in the water with it even though it says it is waterproof. I have tried numerous times to contact the company via email reflecting my complaint and a picture of the watch with the condensation and have not heard back from them. On their website they say that there is a 3 year warranty. I will never buy from them again. If antyone knows how to get in touch with them please let me know

Modsera is called now Modseracw.
Dont buy here because it is scam. Wait for your order a very long time and when you want to return, no problem. You have to pay for the return costs but they Will refund that later. I have done it all and they received it on 12-01, but since then only silence. No response at all. And then suddenly a response after 4 weeks, we cannot find your order. You did not order with us but at Modsera and we are Modseracw. ???????
Come on. This is scam, lost my money, no watch and high returncosts. Please beware!!! Dont ever buy here!!! Compagnie name changes and they move on.

They are cheap from China made watches dont order from them you will never get your money back even when they come broken!!

I am so sorry I used this company. I purchased a Christmas present for my husband, however, when the order arrived, it was not as advertised, it did not have the GMT hand, although the watch face said GMT on it. And when I complained, they said that that is the watch that I ordered, which is not true as I clicked on the link my husband had sent me, which included a GMT HAND. I have sent them several emails requesting return instructions but have not heard back from them after seven requests to do so. I believe this company is a sham. Their products are not as advertised and customer service has been abysmal. Save yourself the money and do not use this company.

Good quality watches. Looks much more expensive than what I paid. Question about long term quality but so far so good.

First foray into "nice" watches and this checks all boxes. Look and feel on point, take advantage of the deals to buy more than one with confidence, I'll be adding to the collection soon

I bought a couple watches from them a few months ago and received them no problem. However I ordered 3 more in December and they didn’t send and aren’t responding. Their website is down too. I put in a grievance with PayPal and they have not responded to PayPal either. Total scam and too bad they had great prices. They are done I’m sure.

Have had an absolute horrible experience with this website. Felt like I was buying something off eBay in the 90's bad communication. Products not listed correctly. I even paid an extra fee for a watch I was trying to get for Christmas. They completely ghosted me and now I'm trying to recoup as much of my money as I can through PayPal. They haven't even responded to PayPal if that tells you how shady they are. Buying a Seiko mod is a cool idea but this has been a nightmare online buying scenario. Beware isn't a strong enough term.

I ordered 3 watches in starting of December and still waiting for the delivery. This seems to be a SCAM at this point. Hoping that I get them delivered

This is my first Seiko mod watch and I have to say, the watch is awesome!! I couldn’t be more pleased. The quality is better than I expected. I have some Seiko Pressage watches and the Modsera equals or surpass them. I was skeptical at first but I took a chance and I am glad I did. These are exceptional watches!

Great product. Perhaps the crown for setting the time could be of better quality. Excellent packaging.

Delivery times and tracking need improvement.

Terrible experience, placed an order for 3 watches on December 11 expecting that I would get the watches by Christmas; however, that didn’t happen. I tried contacting them multiple times and I haven’t have any response and not a single tracking update, nothing! At this point (January 6th,2026) I’m convinced I got scammed and lost my money. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

First time going with a mod and I couldn’t be happier. These watches are beautiful. I purchased during the holiday specials buy 2 get 1 what a deal. Very happy with my purchase
