Complete scam do not use they will not reply on chat to emails when trying to return product. Poor quality product.

one word: SCAM

I purchased 3 watches in September which I decided to return. The return policy was one of the reasons I used this site. I follow their instructions and promptly responded with a UPS tracking ID. Upon delivery, they stopped responding to emails and never issued a refund. They have since ignored multiple emails but DID respond to my credit card dispute with no mention of the returns. So now I'm out $600 and no watches.

Ordered a Daytona and was pleasantly surprised. Great quality, looks identical to a real piece, at a fraction of the cost. Just ordered 1 as I was skeptical, but will likely be returning for the 3 for 2 deal.

NO WATCH DELIVERED AND STILL NO REFUND 90 DAYS LATER.

After I ordered my watch, they updated me on every step of the process until it arrived. Love my new watch. Highly recommend because of quality of the watch and customer service.

The watch came after 3 weeks and that's not it They even charge you for returning the watch even tho they came from a factory in china this is absurd don't waste your money and they take ages to reply and are not helpful

**UPDATE***I was offered an $80 credit to write a review--Once I did they sent me the promo code that did not work . When I tried to contact them the old website does not exist anymore (modsera.com) and now there is modseracw.com. I was told it is a different store yet it is the same site, same merchandise and same listing with a new name. They claim the new site is a different store and therefore the old promo code is not valid. ......... ***ORIGinal** This was my first time dipping into the mod watch experience. I was very hesitant --hopeful but expecting a rough experience. I was pleasantly surprised. Communication was swift. The watches were beautiful and scratched the itch I had for certain watches. The only suggestion I would have is that even though they updated me throughout the shipping process, the information was not really useful ("arrived at next station", "moving on to next station")--state locations would have been nice. ...but A thumbs up for me!

Ordered the Seitona, love it! Quality is excellent, a really nice watch. The emails along the way telling me what phase of production were great. A 100% positive experience! I’ve already turned some “watch guy” friends to the website. Great job!

The watch is beautiful 10/10. The only issue I had was shipping, I ordered it on 11/30 I didn’t receive it until 12/23. The shipper uniuni wasn’t great with shipping or communication They shipped it from Florida, New York, New Jersey then to Texas. I resided in Tennessee. Communication was spot on with modsera. 24 days for shipping is outrageous.

It took about 2 weeks or so to get my watch. Once it arrived I wasn't too fond of the plain white dial. The rose gold bracelet did look good though. Just overall not my cup of tea. So I'd be interested in returning it and trading it for a different design that does fit me better.

Great watch, nice discount, but shipping took longer than expected (but it is the holidays). Will order again.

I bought a watch and was kind of skeptical but once I received it let me tell you the quality of the piece is unmatched. Throughout the process I always received updates about the various stages through the build of the watch. And once it shipped it wasn’t long before I received it. The weight feels great and I feel like I am wearing something priceless

The ordering process, updates, etc. are all top notch. I’m just not a big fan of the watch.

I’ll start by saying this is my first seiko mod purchase.

I wasn’t expecting an Omega caliber watch for $300. I was, however, expecting a watch that feels like a $300 piece as that’s what it cost.

I’ll start with the crystal. Being domed like the piece it’s an “homage” of, it really should have been ar coated. The watch is basically unreadable in any lighting situation because of the reflection off of the crystal.

Secondly, the bezel wobbles in any position. Something that just isn’t acceptable in a $300 plus piece.

My third gripe is the bezel insert. The bezel has notches machined into it and the bezel insert doesn’t line up to those notches at the 12 o’clock position.

Finally, and my biggest gripe, is the stainless strap. It’s awful. The adjustments are too far apart and the clasp is so thick when closed it’s virtually unwearable. After an hour I had to put the rubber strap on.

The overall aesthetic of the watch is wonderful….the execution is lacking.

I ordered the GMeiko Explorer II on an oyster bracelet and have to say the watch is very impressive. Great Seiko movement and fantastic look for a very reasonable price. Great customization options, excellent communication from the company updating you on progress and shipping. 100% Modsera is a High Recommend.

Really great selection. Good timing on order to delivery. Quality is really nice.

Got an email asking for a review and still haven’t got the watch. Was expected delivery 20th-23rd and it’s the 28th and I’m not sure where my watch is or when I’m getting it. It’s being delivered through “speedx” and it’s just seems to be an odd experience. Hopefully it shows up and it’s great but for now I’m worried

I had explored the Modsera.com website for a bit. I got an email from. “Adrian” who claimed to be the owner on Dec 14 stating that was the last day to place and order for Christmas delivery.

I immediately placed an order for a gift for our family Christmas.

Today is Dec 27… I still do not have the watch or even a shipping / tracking number. I have repeatedly asked the company for a tracking number and have not received it.

Absolutely buyer beware. I’ll be filing a request for refund with my credit card company as I feel at this point I was scammed.

The website claims the watches sold in the U.S. are assembled in Florida.

The address is a private residence located at 3605 SW 11th CT, 33914

I hope to recover my money, and I post this to warn all about this shady business.

Update: Jan 11, 2026, still no one from the company responding and still no watch. Website is currently down.

I’m really happy with my Modsera watch. It looks sleek and stylish, and I’ve already gotten a few compliments on it. The quality feels solid, especially for the price, and it’s comfortable enough to wear all day. It works great whether I’m dressing up or just keeping things casual. Definitely a great choice if you want a good-looking, reliable watch without spending a ton.
