Package never came so when I called they said that my module was beyond repair that they'd send another. That never came so I called and was told the same thing and when I clarified that this was the second one they said that now they were ordering a refurbished one to send out. But aren't you the refurbished? So I'm confused amd was told to wait more time. At this point I've needed a rental car that is costing so far as much as a new module form factory. The manager doesn't return calls or ever get on the phone. As with most businesses in Florida they just do whatever they want without any reprocussions.

Yes they got us too. They put on a good show with their site which looks very professional but DON'T be fooled they are a complete scam. I sent my ECM to them then they called me 5 days later and told me they could not fix it but could get me a replacement for 1330.00 dollars. A new ECM from the dealer is only 750.00! and they get used ones off of Ebay and charge more than the dealer for new ones. Now I am out 200.00 for nothing. I do not even think they looked at my ECM! It is bait and switch scam. They imply that they will fix your module for 200.00 but then claim they cannot fix it and request more to give you a used replacement. We reported them to the Attorney General In Jacksonville FL and they told us they are already doing an investigation on this company. Stay far away from these criminals.

I have to totally agree with all the ONE reviews. Adam is Customer Hostile for sure. I spoke with phone and email. He would not respond when asked if repair would possibly damage the factory program and if so would they reprogram it. He was also very rude and abrupt on the last phone call when I was ready to send unit. Have it boxed and ready to go. Needless to say I will not be using them for the ECM repair.
Poor customer service
I filled out the form and sent it, looking for info on if they could provide me with the service I needed. I received a hateful response from Adam. His reply was nasty and showed no customer service efforts. Even if they would have been able to provide me with the desired service, I would not have used them due to the nasty response from Adam.

I bought a FICM for 6.0. Package was nice, but module was defectives, it was a core. Power board was blown. They don't want even talk. LIFE TIME WARRANTY???? May be, but their life too short :))

Jesus why didn’t I check reviews on this company before giving them money?? I was referred to them by someone and didn’t even bother to double check. BIG MISTAKE!!! They told me my ECU was damaged beyond repair and wanted another $1000 for a new one. I told them no way I was paying that and to send me my unit back for a second opinion. “Adam E” said he did not appreciate my tone and would not be speaking with me anymore. What a total joke. They won’t even send my own property back to me. DO NOT USE THIS TRASH COMPANY!!!

If there was a way to rate this company a -5 that is what I would rated them as a 1 rating is far too generous. The receptionist is rude and the manager follows side by side. I have yet to do business with a company with absolutely no customer service skills. After speaking with the manager I now understand the staff expectations for job security. before I saw all the reviews i sent them my PCM for my 2011 Ford F-150, of course they could not fix it and requested more money. After i agreed they sent me another PCM which did look newer and paperwork of them re-programming the unit. When i installed it did not start my truck. I called a locksmith to reprogram me a new key and the PCM. He did and it still failed, I called and spoke to someone who told me that the PCM would need to be programmed while inside of the truck. If that is the case then why in the hell did they need my Vin#? I do have ForScan to program the PCM hopefully but I could have gone to a junkyard and got a used PCM and did the same thing. this is why i try and do everything myself you just can't trust businesses these days, try someone else and save yourself the headache.

Dont use this company. they will take your money, do bad work and then ghost you. I have tried every way possible to contact them over a couple years. It cost me $1500 so helpfully I can help somebody else . I eventually used flagship out of NY. did great work at a fraction of the cost of these crooks.
Sent in module for Flat rate repair…
Sent in module for Flat rate repair (about $170.00) which they said would be 3-5 business days. A couple of weeks later, they e-mail and say a parts on the PCB is Defective and they will have to replace the module. Now the bill will be about $650.00. I authorize this. Then couple days letter, they send me an invoice for almost $715.00. The e-mail said I would have the new Rebuilt module in 3-5 business days. When I called, the customer service she said that charging a service fees on top of the repair fee is normal. I work in the repair industry (this is not normal). Then I asked her when I could expect the module (they originally said 3-5 days and it has been weeks), she said it would ship in 7 to 10 business days. I don't like deceptive turnaround times and definitely don't appreciate hidden fees. I have 2 more modules to get repaired this month and I can guarantee I will try somewhere else (even if higher priced but honest)

Had quite an experience here several years ago involving some of their employees. Thankfully, I did not go through with them on a sale, so they don't get to brag and add my name to their growing list of folks they have scammed.
Please, do your good business with a reputable company; there are many others for your auto module needs.
Check them out on the Better Business Bureau: go to the BBB . org and search "module experts". It comes back as Nationwide Parts Distributors.
Don't be fooled by their "B" rating, because customer reviews do not affect the rating of a business on BBB. It says so on the website.
Check out all the reviews there! The BBB actually contacted them several years ago to see if they would respond to the pattern of customer complaints and take action to address it. You can read their non-answer for yourself on the website.
I don't know how they still exist. People should call them and voice their complaints.

Couldn't or wouldn't fix my module
Couldn't or wouldn't fix my module. They never called me, no emails, no messages. I finally got a call back after the 3rd message stating that they cant fix the module and they couldn't find a replacement in the whole country. Which I found funny being that I did a quick search on car-parts.com and found 100s of used modules that could have been bought and reprogrammed, let alone the 6 modules I have in my own recycling yard, but then again they said there wasn't any in the country. Keep in mind I searched the exact part number. This module requires reprogramming otherwise I would have just done this myself. They said if they could find he module, they could program it, but I have a feeling that they didn't even try. Then on top of this, I was charged around $180 to tell me that could even do anything. I can see a fee of %50 or $60, but $180 is ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money with these jokers. Believe the 1000s of other reviews.
