Module lasted 2 months

Module lasted 2 months. Mark was extremely rude and laughed on the phone and asked them to warranty it. Said it would cost an additional $1200. He also stated he had left us multiple messages in which he did not. What a horrible company and person to deal with! No integrity whatsoever!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I sent them a BCM. They said it couldn't repair it and that it would cost me more to have a remanufactured unit send out. I paid. Got the unit. It turns out that my vehicle, 2015 Dodge 2500 (and pretty much all other late model Dodge trucks) cannot use a remanufactured BCM, as the VIN is burnt into the BCM and cannot be changed. Wasted time and money on labor to install. The refunded the unit. Still cost me $460 in labor, plus freight to send them the busted BCM and to send back the BCM that they sent me.

How does a company not even know that a BCM that they remanufacture can't be used in the vehicle it is meant for?

Worse compnay to deal with ever

Worse compnay to deal with ever, website is dishonest not to mention how they can assure you they can guarantee to fix and quick turn around, then only to be told they couldn’t fix it, sent module, would not answer emails kept getting excuses from every department, lost item, no tracking provided, more and more excuses, definitely wished we would have read reviews before doing business with them because every single one of the negative reviews is spot on! And only to receive threatening response from “Darrell” after expressing our negative experience with them. Would NOT recommend them to anyone

Would No recommend

Poor service. Unable to answer my questions by email and no reply to my follow up email.
Was told by Adam they could fix my part in first email.
Called to try and get more answers to my questions with no luck from their ladies
Was told she would call back in a few minutes……. No reply again
After reading all the negative reviews I’m glad I did not waste any more time or money dealing with them.
Would not recommend using them . Extremely poor service
Do not use them.

I would give 0 stars! This is the worse company I’ve ever done business with. The supervisor is rude and talk down to customers and treat himself as if he’s the God of all information. They will take your money and give no excuse but it was their fault. Management staff is very immature and will post the phone calls to there website

I contacted them to fix a injector…

I contacted them to fix a injector driver ,they assured me it could be fixed,sent in the pcm . I received a call stating my pcm could not be fixed because it has a bad injector driver. Do with that what you will.

NEVER USE MODULE EXPERTS.

I've sent them a module over a year ago to be rebuilt, they told me it couldn't be rebuilt after they received it and I had to pay an additional $300.00 for it to be cloned. Paid it, and when I received the module it didn't work. I had to wait for another 1 which took a while. When I received the 2nd unit i sent them back the first 1 Thinking the problem was solved. That 2nd module had issues also and I ended up taking the car off the road. Luckily I had another car. Unfortunately someone ended up totaling my car in an accident so I insured the 1st car again thinking since I purchased a lifetime warranty I'll try to let them fix the problem once again. I sent them the 2nd module and after 2 weeks of them receiving it, they tell me, they never received the 1st one back and there's nothing that they can do because they have no record of the first one being sent back and now neither do i given the defective module was sent back over a year ago. After I continously contacted the company after they received the 2nd module to find out whats going on with the 2nd defective module they gave me the run around, after 2 weeks they told me I would be out of the $500.00 plus that I sent them. I have a friend who had the same exact problems with them fixing her Mercedes module minus the computer issue that they lost. I wish I would've read all their reviews before giving them a chance and now I have to go another way to seek my money back and have a professional resolve the problem. I have recommended this place to others thinking they knew what they were doing and i now regret that, but thank God none of them used them pending my outcome. I have alot of Saab enthusiasts acquaintances that have had better luck and experiences with esaab.com. So I will be giving them a try after I purchase another computer from a junkyard. My advice to anyone seeking this service is to read the reviews. I personally feel they should be put out of business. They operate as a closet company rather than a corperation. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Yes every review I've read is TRUE very poor customer service,BOLD LIES about repair skills,same module they said couldn't be repaired fixed by their competitor my module was never touched..for anyone looking for module repair PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY it's just HORRIBLE...

They tell you they can fix it

They tell you they can fix it, no problem. Then send it back a few days later without a note, phone call or anything. Exactly the same as you sent it. They don’t even touch it except to put it in another box and ship it back. You only get a partial refund after calling and demanding a refund.

The BAD reviews are true!

The reviews are true, they say the can fix your module and then call to say they cannot! When they called back, they said I would receive a full refund; this was not true! They kept 99.95 and refunded 66.56. When I called, they said this is standard, I was told it did not matter what they said, you will not get back the full amount if they claim they cannot fix it.
DO NOT TRUST THEM TO FIX IT, they make more claiming they will fix it and then return the module they did not fix to you.

Well they got me

Well they got me. I did not see the reviews. Sent my ECM in to for repair. Guy named Mark was super rude after I paid and shipped it to them. Called me back two days later and told me that it wasn’t repairable “something in the board not serviceable”. When I started to just ask him a few questions he got very rude and nasty. Told me he was returning my ECM and issuing a refund. I waited for a week and got a partial refund of 72$. Initial charge was 204.90 and he guaranteed to be able to fix.

Beware!!

Beware!!! Do not use this company they are crooks. They do not offer any resolution to the problem. They just State unable to repair your unit and refund you a minimal amount. They claim it is all diagnostic services and they keep all your money. Their customer service is also horrible while I was speaking with a representative she just hung up the phone. If you truly just want to give you money away this is the company that is willing to take it. Once again beware use another company. They also go by Nationwide parts distributors. Today I was contacted by a supervisor at module experts. The gentleman was very kind and courteous we were able to resolve the problem. I will keep you informed to make sure everything pans out. Once again I think the supervisor from module experts.

Module experts is a scam.
They prey on innocent people who need to save money on auto repairs and all they do is rip people off.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I was told September 29, 2022 originally that it would cost me $253.99 by Adam.E, not surprised they don't use their last names. After 1 week of calling and emailing for an update Adam .E sent me an email stating the following;

(Our technicians have informed me that diagnostics are completed on the Honda Accord ABS module, and this unit is beyond repair due to the issue being traced to the main processor (computer chip). The chip is not able to be replaced on this module, as it is made into the circuit board assembly, so you would need to replace the unit to correct the issue. There is nothing that can be done to save this unit. It must be replaced.

We can provide a remanufactured replacement, programmed plug and play and with a lifetime warranty, at $699.00 (minus the repair cost), so we would need an additional $460. This would take a couple of business days, and it will come plug and play ready to go. Just install it.
We can use the same card you used for the repair if you prefer. Would you like us to get that going for you?
After days and weeks of calling and getting no answers, I made threats and low and behold was told my part was shipped out already by Darryl.

5 days later I got my replacement part and my mechanic said it's a faulty module. I filled out multiple technical assistance forms and it said "Thanks for letting us know you having an issue. We apologize about the inconvenience this may have caused you. One of our skilled technicians will contact you back shortly."
No phone call back, no email back and I am not surprised.
I am going to file a complaint with every and all agencies to make sure that these vultures get what's coming for them.

paid for repair of abs module after 33 days part was returned not fixed for partial return credit

paid for repair of abs module. shipped to company september 17th. company stated abs module not repairable. offered replacement for $499 that I approved immediately. checked for status or tracking no answer to email or from technicians. secretary was nice. after 33 days of my customer not having a running vehicle my part is shipped back not fixed with no explanation or paper work. Cost me $48 shipping company gave partial refund so that cost me another $125 and lost a customer over this deal. Will not use or recommend this company

Sent ecm for repair $259

Sent ecm for repair $259, told me ecm couldn’t be repaired, told me it would be an additional $599 for rebuilt ecm, I gave them the OK to go ahead and do it, I did not read reviews on this company till after I payed for new ecm, I was very skeptical after reviews, after receiving ecm I installed in vehicle 2007 Saab 9-3, I would have to say vehicle runs great better then it has in a long time, all in all it was a good experience just a little more then I wanted to spend but car is up and running

No service, delays, returned different PN!

My Mini had a fault on the footwell module. I sent it directly to the address on their current website. First surprise, they moved! didn't update their address, so had to re-route it. Sigh,,, Next, it was into the shop, and they wanted their pdf form filled out. The pdf form is not editable online! Oops. I sent them a Word doc and they got busy. After 3 days, get a call 'your module is damaged and can't be fixed by us'. Oh, and they shipped a module back to me, that was NOT the module I sent them. Pretty sure they flashed my good module, and sold it on to someone else, and sent me a burnt module that has a diff part number. Do NOT use this service.

Bad attitudes

Called to see if they could help with a PCM issues, I began to talk to a Chris about the situation and he just hung up on me, purposly i feel it was now. I called back and spoke to another man, Mark or something like that perhaps. At first he was your eager salesman, but halfway thru the explanation of ,y issues he stopped me and rudeley exclaimed they are a business that sells parts and not a garage... His attitude was way different after that, he cut the convo and hung up on me too after a few words. Not good at all! Glad I didnt give them a penny!
