Like so many others say here:
Ordered a case a month ago. Nothing has happened. Must've gone stuck somewhere in shipping. I am from Denmark so I get that I takes some time but website proclaimed 8-12 shipping days.
Emailed them several times but no reply.....

I've been asking for a refund for a damaged case for like a week and they have not responded to a single email. Pathetic customer service. They should be ashamed for publishing "Response in 24Hr" tag on their website. Fraud!

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I ordered several items at one time. It's been over a month and the items never arrived. I emailed customer service multiple times and have yet to get any response. I've initiated a chargeback at the bank level just to get my money back.

Oh it’s terrible

Oh it’s terrible! Their customer service is basically non existent - you send an email.. you may get a reply a week later, you may not even get a reply at all.

Good cases, but not worth the hassle of poor packaging.. poor customer service and just a terrible excuse of a company.

Please please please AVOID.

Purchasing from Moft no longer worth the risk

I have purchased many items from Moft, and like many have found the quality to range from great to extremely poor. Sadly their customer service is abysmal. The packaging for my latest purchase arrived without anything in it. Emailing customer service is usually met with silence, don’t expect a reply. I have now made my last purchase from them as I feel defrauded. Looks like another chargeback from my credit card company incoming.

SCAM!! Avoid like plague!

Non existent customer service. Faulty and poor quality product. Initiated a refund, provided Moft with all the requested evidence and they stopped replying to me. Challenged the payment with Amex and I hope will get my money back.

Pretty Good Overall

I purchased the Snap Case MOVAS for iPhone 14 Pro and the Snap-on iPhone Stand & Wallet directly from Moft US.
Since I live in Italy, shipping took a bit longer (about 6 days including the weekend), as the products are shipped from China.
The case looks great, and the MagSafe wallet also feels very premium to the touch. However, the case doesn’t fit perfectly on my iPhone, especially at the bottom, though it’s nothing too concerning.
In terms of protection, there are definitely other options at lower prices, and if the phone falls, I’m not sure this case would offer the best protection.
I tried inserting two cards into the MagSafe wallet and they fit perfectly, so I don’t think you can fit more than two.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the shipping, service, and products. I spent about €60 for the case and wallet, and I think the price is fair. Apple’s accessories cost twice as much and, in my opinion, aren’t as good.
After reading some reviews, I was expecting worse, but everything went smoothly.
So yes, I recommend it.

Slick marketing, poor product, and non-existent support.

I purchased the MOFT Dynamic Folio directly from MOFT’s website in August 2025, and this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

The product looks great in the marketing, but in reality:
• No real protection → despite being advertised as a “protective case,” there’s zero side protection.
• Difficult to use → switching between the “20+ angles” they promote is clunky, unstable, and far from seamless.
• Overpriced → there are better-built, more protective alternatives for half the price.

The bigger problem is MOFT’s customer service:
• I contacted them 1 day after delivery to request a return — well within their 30-day return policy.
• I provided clear reasons and requested a return authorization (RMA).
• After four follow-up emails over three weeks, they’ve provided no RMA, no instructions, and no response.

For a U.S.-based company, this level of unresponsiveness and disregard for their own return policy is unacceptable.

If you’re considering buying from MOFT:
• Be aware that their marketing doesn’t match reality.
• If you ever need to return a product, prepare for silence.
• There are better, more reliable brands out there with real customer support and transparent policies.

Don’t recommend

Avoid the iPhone tripod stand. Mine lasted few months before the “leather” completely began falling apart. Looked gross. Took it off. Won’t buy from them again. Too expensive to only last a few months. Only a 6 month warranty. And they won’t honor the warranty at all if you bought it from THEIR Amazon Moft store.

Weak magnets, silent support—avoid the MOFT Folding Case for iPad Pro 11" (M4 2024)

I bought the MOFT Folding Case for my iPad Pro 11" (M4 2024). Although the design concept is clever, the magnets are so weak that the iPad slid out of the shell during ordinary folding, hardly acceptable.

I contacted MOFT support right away. They replied promptly, asking for a short video and confirmation that I had the correct model. I sent both the same day. Since then, despite three follow-up emails, no response.

Because of this silence, the EU’s 14-day return window has now closed, leaving me with a risky, unusable case and no resolution in sight.

Bottom line: Until MOFT strengthens the magnets and invests in customer support instead of influencer marketing, I recommend steering clear of this product to protect your iPad and your wallet.

My experience with Moft.us customer…

My experience with Moft.us customer service has been extremely disappointing. After placing an order, I encountered a significant shipping issue—my package was delayed and the tracking information was never updated. I reached out to customer support multiple times via email, hoping for clarification and assistance, but my messages went unanswered for days. When I finally did receive a response, it was generic and unhelpful, offering no real solution to the problem.
Even after escalating my concerns and providing all the necessary order details, I was left in the dark about the status of my order and was never given a clear timeline for resolution. The lack of communication and support was frustrating, especially since I needed the product urgently. The customer service team did not follow up or update me on any progress, leaving me feeling ignored and let down.
In summary, Moft.us’s customer service failed to help resolve my shipping issue and did not make any effort to keep me informed or provide a satisfactory solution. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from them to be aware of these ongoing support issues!
I’m still waiting for my package! They know agreed to resend the package, will see how long it will take them

Nothing but positive

I’ve ordered a 3th time now. I love their products and the shipping went very fast. This last time I placed an order and accidentally ordered a product twice. Few minutes after I send an e-mail about this, they responded and solved it. So, my experience is nothing but positive.

Great products and fast delivery

I never buy before checking on trust pilot. I did this time as I am moving to paperless working and I was so excited by the chance to attach my phone to my laptop that I made purchases without checking.
I purchased Tripod, Case, Stand for 13 plus, Dynamic folio, Flip Laptop phone mount. If I had read these I would not have purchased but I am glad that I did.

1. Arrived on time without any issues.
2. All items undamaged and beautiful.

Very well designed and easy to use. Also is a case for my iPad which I did not 'get' from the website.
Case and Laptop Phone Mount
Vertically - Attached easily and works well. I love the idea and it frees up my laptop for my documents whilst I am on video calls.
Horizontally keeps falling off. For video conferences the 'view' of me in vertical is not great but I'll take it. I hate those claws that hold your phone for a video calling. a) I have to carry it around with me and b) keeps falling over.

Not so happy with this. When I use the phone (and it's the smallest lightest iPhone) on the phone mount the weight of the iphone makes it tip one side. Tiny bit flimsy but all in all happy.

The nature of my work is that I have to be able to 'set up' in different locations and I need my stuff to be lightweight and functional. Moft is what I was looking for. I guess my cognitive dissonance is that I really want it to work.

I was very surprised to read the negative reviews. I found it all smooth and the products good and the ideas innovative. What I cannot comment on is the longevity of the adhesive and magnets nor customer service. What I can say is that if I do have a problem I will come back and update. The products are not hugely expensive compared to Apple, for example. If you are concerned about customer service if you pay via PayPal they are very reliable on their refunds. I did not use customer service. I found the tutorials for the folio too short but there are good independent ones on YouTube. The Folio seems really really innovative and useful - and it operates as a case. I love it and I would highly recommend it. If things fall apart or my magnets stop working I WILL update.

Hands down, the WORST customer service I've seen.

I absolutely regret ordering anything from these guys. They claim on their website that their customer care team will get back to you within 24 hours but it's been over 48 hours and I still haven't heard back from them. I would really suggest skip buying anything from Moft because of such horrible customer service and on top of that, the delivery takes ages!! I still haven't received my order and thanks to their unresponsive customer service, I have no idea if I ever will receive it.

Absolute scam

So I noticed the product comes straight from China as some crappy dropshipping notification for the tracking and when it arrived the magnet barely sticks to anything. The actual item itself is flimsy as and doesn't even stand up straight. Don't waste your money with them, they clearly target a younger demographic of content creators as well.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I have ordered a case for iPad from MOFT website and I wanted to return the item. I emailed customer service to ask for address to return the item, I was told to use the address in the packaging which I did. After the return, I emailed the company again to ask for refund but I was told that I used the wrong address. Until now I am wanting for a refund.

Declining quality and terrible warranty policy

I’ve been a loyal supporter of MOFT since their Kickstarter campaign, but this will be my last purchase. The quality of their newer products has drastically declined—materials are now far less durable, and my recent purchase started falling apart in no time.

When I reported the defect, their response was to hide behind a restrictive warranty policy that disregards basic consumer rights. MOFT has lost a loyal customer, and I can no longer recommend them. They’ve sacrificed quality and customer care, which were once the pillars of their success.

Doesn't last long neither the product or their customer service

In mid-February this year (6 months ago), I purchased a pack of two Mag-Safe compatible Tripod stands and the strength of the hinge has completely worn out at this point, which means the stand is no longer usable.

I raised the issue with customer service and was asked to provide a video to prove my claims.

I submitted a video, which was rejected, explaining that the angle in the video does not exceed their product design (despite showing these angles in their product ads and videos).

A few weeks later I submitted a second video demonstrating how the product falls completely on a higher angle, as I was asked to.

This time the video was accepted with an apology, and I was asked to verify my address and choose a replacement product. Since I do not trust this model, which relies on a weak hinge, I asked for a different stand.

I've sent about three emails asking to either pay extra for a second stand without a hinge or pay for just a single stand with a lower value, but customer service seems to ignore me completely at this point.

This was two weeks ago and now I'm left with this useless product that's about to go to waste. I bought two stands to give one as a present. Worse present I've ever paid for.

Expect this product to wear out quickly with no customer service to support you. I wish I read some reviews here prior dealing with this company
