Very happy with my recent install. Everyone I've had contact with at Mole have been friendly and helpful, happy to explain things, and sort out issues.
The guys that came to do the work did a great job, each part of the installation looks to have been completed well. It was nice chatting to them about the different aspects of what they were doing.
I can't recommend them enough.

First class company with first class service. We bought a house from the 1870s and I wanted to introduce new technology from the 2020s especially in this era of higher utility bills. Mole Energy helped us all throughout this process and the team have been brilliant - service, liaison, arranging installation dates and sorting out all of the scaffolding. I do and will continue to recommend their services to anyone.

The whole team at Mole energy have been first class. Good communication, excellent technical knowledge, smooth installation and even when issues arose they were quickly resolved by the team.

I investigated Solar with battery backup for many months and on speaking to Mole Energy it was clear they were ahead of the game and knew everything that was required to know and more than many others I spoke to. They were informative and extremely helpful with no pushy sales team or talk, just factual and to the point. The quote was very competitive and in fact they went above and beyond all the rest with their initial assessment, visit and subsequent installation which took a day as they had always said. they left us as they found us, in fact cleaner. Their aftercare was also above and beyond that which I expected and, has been so since. I would never recommend anyone else from now on having had Mole Energy install at my home and other Companies install at my work place, no comparison, Mole Energy all the time, well done.

Mole Energy went into Partnership with Bionic as a broker for electric. The whole process of changing over electricity provider with multiple meters and asking Mole Energy and Bionic to source contracts was a disaster. Late changes, out of contract pricing and poor communication when it came to sorting everything out. This is not what we had experienced previously and we are still awaiting a resolution from both Mole Energy and Bionic, nearly 6 months down the line! We spent more time on the phone being "the middle man" than we would have done if we had sorted the electric contracts ourselves. This cost us days (not hours) out of running our business.
I would like to point out that I am normally very supportive of businesses in my reviews, as per my previous experiences with Mole Energy, but this last experience has been appauling.

We found that working with Mole Energy was very professional and my view was that Mole Energy would exist for the long term whereas other sustainable companies have fallen by the wayside. I am looking forward to working with the company again to enhance future projects with sustainability ie. more solar panels and air source heating

I had been looking into getting Solar panels for quite sometime. I had contacted a couple of companies local to me but did not proceed as there seemed a lack of commitment from those companies. I saw an advert for Mole energy and thought I would give them a try. From the first phone call I made it was clear that this was a company I wanted to deal with. The communication throughout has been spot on, schedules adhered to and plenty of guidance when required. My instillation was brought forward and conducted very professionally. The team that came to my house were respectful, engaging and tidy. Apart from the solar equipment you would not have known that a team of 5 had been working at my property. I would highly recommend Mole energy to anyone thinking of installing renewable energy.

I found Mole Energy extremely helpful, respectful, and efficient. The communication face-to-face, online and by phone was always clear and they always responded quickly. The engineers were excellent, friendly, informative and efficient and I am very pleased with the solar energy system they have installed.

Have used Mole Energy twice and have found the company efficient and transparent. The beginning of the sales process, was dealt with by Richard Whistance who was a delight to deal with, so much so that we now look on him as a friend. Georgia Binmore was our contact during the process and she was very amenable and efficient. Emails were responded to swiftly and nothing was too much trouble. The scaffolding company and the solar fitters were also a pleasure to deal with. We have recommended Mole Energy to friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Overall a smooth and pleasurable experience.

Had Mole Energy recently supply and install a 106 kWp solar panel system at our business in Feltham. The service from start to finish was excellent. Would highly recommend Mole Energy.

Extremely professional. Helped with entire application process through final installation of Tesla Powerwall connected to my existing PV system. Georgia was extremely helpful in terms of all the paperwork and application process. Adrian and Matt did an amazingly neat job on the installation on what was a tricky install,. They really went above and beyond. Thanks!

Recently had installed a 4.76 KW solar system with Tesla Powerwall. From 1st phone call asking for advice and a quote, a spot on service. Quote within days subject to survey. Slightly more expensive than another quote, but using better quality German designed panels. Luke surveyed and explained everything. Installation team then took over and Georgia kept us fully informed. Good Scaffolding Sub contractors had scaffolding up 2 days before installation. A team of 3 worked non stop on the roof all day in horrendous weather without complaint and 2 electricians in the house. Complicated system needed to allow for further growth if it proves as efficient as we hope. Wiring completed a couple of days later by excellent expert electrian Shane and system commissioned. Wiring all very tidy and help setting up the apps with Tesla and Solar Edge.

Advice to any customer going for the Octopus Tesla Tariff. Start the switch to Octopus as soon as you order, get the smart meter installed on a temp tariff as it will speed up getting moved across to the Tesla tariff. Octopus need and can only get a MPAN from the Distribution Network Operator once you are a customer of theirs. It takes even longer if not already with Octopus who will put you on the 11p import rate Energy tariff until the DNO grants the Mpan to them. The latter stage takes at least 2 weeks with Western Power so allow around a month to be on the full 11p Import and 11p Export tariff after installation. It's much longer if you don't get the switch to Octopus before installation.

Professional from start to finish. Completed in under 4 hours. Polite and respectful Team. The solar panels look amazing and are pleasing to the eye. We felt we wanted a company backed by a household name, we felt confident and reassured by all involved and are so pleased we took the plunge. Even in these darkest of days, the solar panels are generating power. Would thoroughly recommend Mole Energy without hesitation.

I had a 4 KWh PV installation with a Tesla Powerwall at my property in November 2020. I found Mole Energy to be very knowledgeable with regard to the products that would be best for my installation, able to communicate in plain English and very efficient throughout. They kept in touch at every step of the process and rose to the challenges posed by our dormer windows. They handed over the system with very clear instructions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mole Energy to others.

Professional service and excellent technical knowledge.
I had a Tesla Powerwall and a 4KWh solar panel setup installed. All the staff at Mole Energy were helpful throughout the whole process, with very good knowledge of their products and dealing with my power company.
They turned up when scheduled for the installation (suitably equipped for Covid distancing!) and completed the installation in about 5 hours, in spite of dreadful weather. They also explained how the Powerwall worked with my Tesla app so I can see what is going on from my mobile. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone looking for Solar power.

A great service from start to finish - 6.2kw panels plus Powerwall battery all fitted in the best part of 1 day. One of 3 local companies that I asked to survey and quote. Mole Energy were clearly the most professional and although not the cheapest, offered by far the best explanation, alternatives and quotes for everything. Very professional and informative surveyor.

Equally professional team of electricians and panel fitters and the whole commissioned and running by 11am the next day. Highly recommended.

Mole Energy and their employees did everything they said they would do, from sending over an extremely informed, lovely gentleman to look at the job, which he did very thoroughly. He surveyed our property very quickly and ably assisted us to improve on our original ideas and agree proposals to maximise the potential of our property for the effectiveness of the panels.

An acceptable quotation was swiftly produced and agreed.

The installation was surprisingly painless. We always worry about disruption in our house as we have rescue cats. The team completed the installation of 12 panels and the PV system and supplementary wiring in 4 hours flat. Dave is a natural communicator . He took time to explain the equipment in a very informative manner.

We had worried slightly about how much the PVbox might intrude in our utility room but it is much neater and less deep than we thought it might be.

The dark panels in the array blend very unobtrusively onto our roof.

We are very please and feel extremely confident in recommending them to any other house holders thinking about solar panels.

Every stage of the process happened as scheduled and communication was good throughout. The installation team battled through gusty wind and torrential rain to complete their task without fuss.
