The band I ordered was out of stock, Molequin reached out immediately, I suggested an alternate band and they acted on it immediately without an additional upcharge. I love the new band!
I now use this company for all my made to order straps, the quality of the straps and attention to detail is excellent. As is there great service in making a strap to your requirements.

Customer service is the worst i have…
Customer service is the worst i have experienced in a while. Received 2 straps both had manufacturing errors and they expect me to pay for the shipping back so they can determine manufacturing defaults, to only the reimburse the shipping, when pictures was sent 3 minutes after receiving the packages..

This customer purchased one strap and then contacted us about it being faulty. We, without hesitation, sent him a replacement at our cost. He contacted us again and said the replacement strap was faulty. We asked him to send back the straps for a refund and that we would re-imburse shipping cost up to a value of €15 as long as the straps were faulty. It appears he is not willing to ship back the straps which does suggest that this is a scam - let's hope not. Happy to figure this out with the customer and make it right for him, but not prepared to be conned out of products and money.....

I ordered my watch strap and it's quite exquisite. Very pleased with the quality and it came in a beautiful package & hand-written note for the purchase.
The price reflects the product and it's good to have something that lasts.

Terrible Molequin Customer Service
I purchased a Molequin strap with quick-release spring bars. The quick-release spring bars were defective. I contacted them through the email address given in the order confirmation. However they have never responded. Molequin has a terrible customer service. I shared my experience with Molequin at their instagram page. They blocked my account. They neither stand behind their product nor tolerate any negative feedback.

Molequin watch straps
Three comments: First, Molequin watch straps look beautiful and are probably of excellent quality. Second, Molequin includes the Belgian VAT in its prices. Unlike most other European retailers, Molequin does not remove the VAT (a value added tax of 20 or 21%) when non-Europeans make online purchases. This means you may in effect be paying taxes twice when your strap arrives your country, for example in Canada. And third, having written to Molequin about this and asking for an explanation, the response was rude and arrogant and contained no explanation of their policy. If you do not care about customer service, then you can probably purchase a good product here. But there are many other companies that also offer beautiful watch straps and also offer good customer service..
